Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Bavaro Beach

The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. Had toiletries, towels and AC, all you could need for a beach vacation. Both the entrance and pool are both just a minute walk to the apartment. The downfalls are that the Vista Cana area is still under construction, so it's a tiny bit noisy, the complex is very much in need of signage, transportation since the artificial beach/2 restaurants and bars on site are all a 15 minute walk away, and needs better ways to communicate to the main entrance gate (who need your permission in order to let Ubers/restaurant deliveries in). The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, I completely recommend this place if you're looking for a very quiet, peaceful vacation.

Harold is an excellent host with a quick response time and a great willingness to help. He made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The condo is beautiful, elegantly decorated, with a fully stocked kitchen and all the amenities we needed. A definite must stay! And the artificial beach is stunning, perfect for relaxing. My sister and I came early and even though check in the wasn’t until 3pm, the host was kind enough to let us use the bathroom and change our clothes for our excursion. He gave us great recommendations, was extremely friendly and responsive. You can do laundry here, but make sure you do it early because it is a 5 hour process. They conserve energy here which I really like and if you use more electricity than provided per day it’s 12usd for more electricity if I’m not mistaken. The area is lovely and I’d recommend it over and over. It is a walkable area with many food options near by, there’s a beach, excursions mini markets… everything you’ll need is right there.

It was a great stay , the place is magical ( beach , pool nearby ), the apartment is fully equipped and above all very spacious , personally we loved having breakfast on the terrace . Chris was very attentive, he attended us until the departure . Thank you for your support .

I just got back from the most amazing stay at this penthouse in Punta Cana, and I'm still reeling from the experience. The location is literally perfect – just a minute's walk from the beach, and you're surrounded by all sorts of restaurants and activities. Plus, everything you need from the experience. Plus, everything you need is right there: grocery stores, pharmacies, you name it. It's super convenient and makes exploring Punta Cana a breeze. Ivan, the host, was fantastic. He was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. He really went above and beyond to make my stay a whole lot less stressful. The design, the colour palate, the furniture combine to be luxurious and homey. The beds - very nice the roof top pool BBQ and the ocean views and breeze are literally the crowning jewel of this star studded space. Spoil yourself do it

THIS PLACE WAS AWESOME! LOCATION, LOCATION! If you're looking for a resort vibe, without the inclusive pricing, you have found it! SO convenient to everything from grocery, to restaurants, live music AND a beautiful beach club with the ability to WALK everywhere within minutes (some even SECONDS)! You can walk endlessly on the beach in either direction along that turquoise water! It was quiet enough to relax on the front porch OR take a 5 second walk and listen to live music. The uber from the airport was a BREEZE, no car was needed for anything! Darleny was amazing and helped us with suggestions and regular communication! It was an added bonus to have some kitchen basics provided (coffee, cooking oil, salt, pepper) We travel frequently and this was one of our favorite AIRBNB's for it's overall convenience and checking the box of a resort feel without the crowd, price and a whole lot more space than only a hotel room! BOOK IT!

Beautiful home, perfect for our family vacation!

Juan’s place was like a dream! Once we step into the home we were in awe! From the high ceilings, to the beautiful furniture and that beautiful backyard we were in heaven!! The bedrooms were spacious and clean, the beds were comfy as well! The star of the show for us was the backyard, it was so peaceful back there, we just played some music, threw some burgers on the grill and lounge by the pool!! We were loving every minute of our stay! Every time we visit Punta Cana moving forward we will be booking his place again!

Amazing new house in a great location!! We only stayed the one night to get to the airport early but will definitely make it two nights next time!!!

Steve was very helpful. The house looks better in person than in the pictures; it felt like home. The area is quite walkable—you don't need a car. One of the most beautiful beaches in Punta Cana is a 10-minute walk away. In general, our stay was pleasant. I highly recommend this place.

As always, we loved our stay at Nancy's place. It's so convenient, it's clean, it's quiet, and there's plenty of space. This is our first choice every time we go back to visit Cocotal. And, Nancy is very good at communicating with us each time. Once we arrive, Johnny and Rita are waiting for us and if we need anything at all during our stay, or have a question, they are always available. We highly recommend this property!

Totally recommend this place! It’s perfect for a cozy vacation where you can enjoy the view, watch some movies, and cook with your partner. We had such a great time. It’s an experience we’d absolutely recommend. The space is super clean, the hosts are incredibly flexible, and they even provide a detailed guide with videos, recommended restaurants, and so much more. I was genuinely impressed when I saw it—it really shows how committed Mike & Heidi are to making guests feel at home. Truly the perfect spot for a cozy little getaway! 🥰🌟

We had an amazing time! The place is beautiful, great location, everything we needed and more was there! Olga was so so helpful with getting us ready to arrive, tips and help upon arrival and answering any questions we had along the trip. We had a group of 7 (including 3 young kids) and had lots of room and lots of fun. The roof top terrace was beautiful and we spent lots of time enjoying the views. Highly recommended and we would surely come back.

Beautiful Apartment, super Big, clean, the beach it's right there, everything was perfect. We didn't even needed to bother Luis with anything because you have everything and all instructions are clear. I think I need more days to enjoy because we didn't have time to enjoy the pool. definitely, will visit again.
