Monthly Rentals in Bang Khun Thian

Nice condo located in a non-touristy neighborhood, at walking distance from the BTS station. Clean and bright with a beautiful view. The condo feels secure with multiple layers of security. There is a convenience store next to the condo and a 7-Eleven in front of the BTS station as well as a big supermarket inside the shopping mall one BTS stop away. The apartment is fully equipped for longer stays: kitchen, fridge, washing machine, etc. Having a small gym inside the condo was convenient. A bit far from the city center, but the BTS takes you there in no time. The only con was that it was located next to a noisy highway, but overall I really enjoyed my stay here.

I rented a room for about a month from mid-February to mid-March. I think it would be a problem if I lived in an unfamiliar place for a month, but if it was about the house, I was able to contact the host and get the response right away, and I was able to live without stress. I took care of you for a month. Thank you so much!

We had a great time at June & Pop's apartment. First, hosts are very nice and professional. Second, the apartment is spacious & comfortable. Third, it is on the 28th floor, so it commands an excellent view and you are not bothered by mosquitos and street noise. We were sad to leave and we would stay here again next time we visit Bangkok.

Tar was super responsive and the flat was exactly as described. Great stay to have some quite time with a small gym and a pool. The sky train and 7-11 are super close.
