Vioddha homestay is a great find, very convenient location for travelers on the route to/from Goa. Vitthal is a great host, taking care of all the details, a very nice man to talk to. He gave us lots of local recommendations which we didn’t have time to check out, but hopefully next time. Delicious home food, lovingly prepared by Vitthal’s family. Overall great value for money and highly recommended!

We needed a quick getaway with our one year old and Terra turned out to be just that and more! Terra on a hill is a unique setup- kinda unbelievable to have such a super place in a peaceful, beautiful location. Is away from the noise of Panchgani and Mahabaleshwar and gives you the chance to enjoy nature while not compromising on amenities. Mr Basavraj especially was a wonderful manager, very quick to help and respond. We wanted an offbeat place to have our family time and Terra made it possible. Thanks and best wishes to the team- hoping to visit again.

Visiting this place was incredibly peaceful and serene. Especially on the second day, we were surrounded by beautiful scenery and fog that was worth every moment.Some highlights of the property include its private farm, where they grow strawberries, limes, raspberries, and various vegetables like zucchini, broccoli, corn, and cabbage. It was exotic to see these crops in person. They also had farm animals, which are rarely seen in our daily urban lives.The property features a scenic view of a lake and a sunset point, so you don’t have to go anywhere else to enjoy the beauty of nature. I would suggest adding signage to direct visitors. Also I recommend mentioning the additional pet charges in the Airbnb listing to inform other guests. A special mention goes to Sayyad, who provided exceptional service and was always available whenever required. Overall it was a great experience. If you are looking for a secluded place to spend peaceful time with your family this is perfect place.
