Monthly Rentals in Balzac

Henry and Carla were very attentative and responded to messages almost instantly. We stayed for 2 months and had to receive some mail to the house, they accomodated even this. The space was well kept and confortable for us and our new baby. We loved the area as it was so close to Lina's italian market and Brittania shopping area (it has so many cute shops). Many things are walkable. I highly recommend this space to anyone needing to spend some time in Calgary.

Great place will book again

We stayed at Julie’s place for 4 months while waiting for our new home to be completed. The suite was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Julie was very quick to respond to any messages and was super easy to deal with. The suite looked exactly like the photos. There was definitely some noise from upstairs as stated in the description, but as we were expecting this, it was no big deal. We would absolutely stay at Julie’s place again if the need arose. Overall a 5 star rating. Thanks Julie and Ryan. Also enjoyed having Jackson ( the dog ) visit.

Its in a quiet neighbourhood the place was clean talking to the host was easy his instructions were clear it was a very enjoyable stay i would book with him again if given the opportunity he was pleasant to chat with very helpful i give him 5 stars
