Alexa is an excellent host, very concerned. Clean and central apartment, very close to the beach and restaurant and pharmacies. It's a bit noisy AM, but it's part of the chosen central location! Ideal for family with two young children! I recommend it !

It was a very pleasant stay as a family. It rained and little we took advantage of the external space, however, as the apartment is large, we are very comfortable. Everything is perfect as advertised. Clear, accurate instructions, no difficulty checking in. The apartment is very large with excellent outdoor area, feeling of being in a patio house. Excellent location, close to the beach, restaurants and other amenities. The hostess always very attentive, kind and quick in the responses.

Fernando's apartment is Exelente!! He is so attentive that he even welcomed us with fruit and candy! It had everything we needed and more!! Very clean and organized. Nicely furnished. High-quality bedding and towels. The super complete kitchen up to a dispenser with water left us and when it is finished, I immediately replenished it. We also loved the location, a very quiet area, the beach is very close, you can walk and a few steps away there are very nice bars and restaurants, the supermarket is also close. Fernando was very attentive and kind!! We really felt very comfortable!!! In conclusion 5 stars!! I would definitely go back to this place!!! Thank you Fernando!!!😊

Everton's apartment is definitely the best option if you want to be quiet, comfortable and close to everything. The people who work there are very friendly and understanding help you in everything and Everton responds quickly to any of your questions or needs.

Sincerely, the apartment has an excellent view, it is well located, everything is very clean, comfortable, Viviane's attention was excellent as was Carlos, with whom she does not talk much but was very direct and her information is truthful. As for the dpto, it may have an improvement point in terms of equipment but it is what Carlos offers in the publication, I would definitely come back and recommend it. THANK YOU

Marta's apartment is a luxury, even nicer than the pictures. Everything was shining clean and I was careful in every detail. Fully equipped, the description falls short in the amount of amenities, crockery and appliances included. The entry and exit system - both in the building and in the parking lot and the apartment - is very comfortable, enabled 24 hours. The apartment's location is unbeatable, about three blocks from the beach and one from the pedestrian, in the most central area of Camboriú, with countless businesses and places to eat. Highly recommended!

Very well located apartment, beach in front of the building, restaurants, bars, ice cream, fun all nearby. The apartment accommodated all people well, all working and well ( air, very good refrigerator, washing machine, hot shower, internet ). The very good building structure, with an area for bathers entrance with a place to remove the sand with available taps, cart to climb with luggage, 2 new elevators, concierge and intercom system. The contact with the responsible person, always very easy and agil.

We had a great stadia, very well located apartment close to the market, pharmacy, restaurants and a few meters from the beach. In addition to everything is clean and organized the apartment has items and utensils that guarantee a good stadia. To the hosts 10, they answered all our requests and were very helpful in answering our questions.

We had plenty of room for our group of nine, and the apartment exceeded our expectations—it’s even better in person than in the photos! The space, located on the top two floors of the building, was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for cooking, including utensils and pans. The large balcony, complete with a small pool was a great spot to relax, and the master bedroom upstairs was especially nice and spotless and has a jacuzzi. The location was perfect—we parked our cars in the garage and walked to the beach, restaurants, and the grocery store. The host was very polite, welcoming, and made our stay smooth and enjoyable. We highly recommend staying here and would gladly return in the future!

We spent great days in Rosane's apartment, super comfortable suites, large living room, everything as it showed the photos. Whenever we need to communicate with her we get a quick response. We love our stay, good location, calm beach, close to the aquarium and the San Miguel tour. Apartment all equipped with appliances, crockery, bed and bath and even children's toys, it was great.
