Our stay was wonderful. The Apto do Evandro is excellent in all aspects, it is wide, very nicely decorated. It has exceeded our expectations. The Sirlei who welcomes us is a very friendly and polite person.

The place was exactly as shown in the pictures. Carla was very kind to give the instructions and always available. They also cleaned the apartment and changed the sheets and towels. Super recommended.

Fernando's apartment is excellent!! He's so attentive that he even welcomed us with fruit and candy! It had everything you could need and more!! Very clean and organized. Very well decorated. Very good quality bedding and towels. The kitchen was fully stocked, and he even left us a water dispenser. When it ran out, he refilled it immediately. We also loved the location, a very quiet area, the beach is very close, you can walk and a few steps away there are very nice bars and restaurants, the supermarket is also close. Fernando was very attentive and kind!! We really felt very comfortable!!! In conclusion, 5 stars!! I would definitely come back to this place!!! Many thanks Fernando!!!😊

Wonderful ! Extremely clean flat, everything perfect , brand new and tasteful , a show. We love the stay , the view is a show apart , possibly one of the best views of Balneário, it's like you're in the cinema , we love. The part of the tb bed has a tightly closed blackout and bespoke furniture. Patrícia is mto dear and responds immediately when needed. The building has amenities such as internal market, laundry , a mini cafeteria. Very close to the building has a large market, pharmacy , super well located. We'll come back

Highly recommended! Better than the photos! It has everything you need and more! You're close to everything! There's a supermarket that closes at 11:00 pm and is 3 blocks away! You don't need a car at all! They were flexible with check-in times. Honestly, a 10 out of 10!
