The best beachfront location!!

Good receptivity with host Claudia. Always answering promptly. We had problems with damaged air conditioning, however, we were promptly attended by it, with exchange for a new air conditioning and offering a late check out of 05 hours, by the inconvenient. Dirty water filter, but exchanged for a new one. No more problems. Indico for future hosting...

Comfort and the best location

José Ricardo was very kind and agile in the answers. Co-host Dona Tereza is a well of sympathy, attention and helpfulness! The location is perfect, everything is close, including the hehehe beach! The apartment is clean, all new, new bed linen and towels of new and great quality (we do not use stove or pots). We really like it and plan to come back for sure. And luckily, we were able to rent a parking spot in the building itself; it is not cheap (due to high season), but it made our life too easy. Indico the place, without fear of making mistakes.

Corner of the cozy Balneário Camboriú

We were very well received and attended to during the entire stay by André. The property is faithful to the photos, the furniture is a bit old but everything works well. We had an internet connection issue of tv that was solved by André the same day. The fact that the garage was rotating with another apartment did not cause any inconvenience. I recommend for the location, service and the fair price.

We stayed in this apartment itself very comfortable, well equipped and provided us with a super pleasant stay. One of the highlights was the wonderful view of Balneário Camboriú overlooking the dining room to the Ferris Wheel and the balcony overlooking the beach, simply spectacular. The building is very well structured, safe and organized. We recommend to everyone looking for a cozy place, an amazing view to make the most of the city. We would definitely return.

Anne's apartment is very beautiful, spacious and located in a privileged location where you can walk along the beach to tourist spots such as the cable car. Also you have nearby without needing to walk by vehicle, the aquarium, many places to eat and the supermarket. What I loved about him was his wonderful view that we delighted our entire stay. It was an amazing time for my family. 10 of 10. Thank you Anne for being a part, so that our trip was amazing!

Everything excellent, Ap according to the photos, easy access, has everything around, the owner always available and concerned about the guests, huge balcony to enjoy the view, and relax, quietly, all the same in the photos. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

I am more than satisfied with the home and with Raquel, you literally do not need to take anything there beyond basic personal items and food of course, the rest has everything, an impeccable home from the entrance to no exit was disappointed, I even wanted to stay forever.🤍

I recommend the house. It is worth the cost/benefit, at least for large groups (10 people or more). The house is very comfortable, safe, good location, and the host always ready to help with any unforeseen events. Furniture and household utensils are well-maintained and clean. For our group it was worth it.
