I was at Gordon's due to a trade fair & can only agree with the previous reviews! The communication with and from Gordon was great - very friendly, always there & pro active! He asked several times if everything was ok and I found that very thoughtful! The place looks exactly like the pictures and you have everything you need. The area is quiet and centrally located. So ladies and gentlemen if you are looking for a great place to stay in Essen - book! ☺️

I highly recommend this apartment. It is furnished with a lot of love for detail. You arrive and feel very comfortable. In every corner you will find little things, from chocolate to flowers to very nice decoration. The bathroom has everything you need. If you had forgotten about the toothbrush, there would be too. The kitchen is well equipped. There's even a thermos. This was ideal for us to bring warm tea. There are also spices, tea, coffee capsules, ideal to really arrive. You can reach the apartment by bus from Essen train station and then by a short walk (publicly perfect). Supermarkets and restaurants are close by. We found valuable information sheets on the table (tips for breakfast, eating out, and much more). The bed is very comfortable. There are electric blinds, ideal if you like to sleep in the dark. Only note: there is no TV, but it really doesn't go away.

What a really beautiful home from home! Such a tranquil area, very private and just perfect for woodland dog walks. The annex is perfect. Very well decorated and maintained and Anja was a wonderful host, giving me privacy which was appreciated with my busy schedule and dogs, but always asking and ready to help with anything. Warm, cosy and a wonderful place to stay. I hope to be back!!
