The apartment is fully equipped, from dishwasher to gas grill to blender, 2xTV. With sauna, garden, terrace.... It is a 3-minute drive to the reservoir. The river Steyrling flows not far from the house. In summer there are beautiful gravel benches and the possibility to refresh yourself. (200m from the house). The house consists of 4 bedrooms with 4 double beds and 2 single beds. You will love my place because it is in the middle of the ski resort, because of the kitchen, high ceilings, coziness, the view. My accommodation is good for couples, families (with children), large groups and furry friends (pets). (!!! no summer card possible at this house!!!) In the house there is only a public W-Lan, but that is also limited use! For each pet €15,- / night have to be paid!

The home is situated in the heart of the village a short walk from the ski shop, nursery ski slope and all the restaurants. The main ski slope is only a five minute walk from the front door. There is a large open plan living space kitchen dinner living room. The home was designed by combining two apartments into one creating a 220 sq m of lateral space. Perfect for two to three families to she a wonderful summer or winter experience in the mountains.

The house is close to Reiteralm Silver Jet ski lift (4 min by car). It is absolutely lovable because of the views and the location. Beside the two double rooms there is a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining corner. The big balcony is facing to Reiteralm. The place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Pets are welcome (but we need to charge an extra €50 because of the extra cleaning).
