It was all perfect - a new, great house with super equipped apartment and stylish interior in the style of the region + great hosts who think of everything, proactively communicate and respond super quickly to questions. Full recommendation!

Excellent price/comfort ratio, very roomy

I rented Elisabeth's place to enjoy the Dachstein West ski area and I absolutely do not regret my choice! The accommodation is very clean and well-equipped while being close to the center of the village and the various ski areas of the region (Russbach is a 10min walk). Elisabeth responds quickly to requests and messages which is always convenient as a tourist. In addition, she provides a ski locker directly at the ski resort which is a real plus (no need to transport her skis to the apartment) So I would recommend this place whether you're a skier or not!

Viktoria was a great host. Clean and nice accomodation. 10 min by car from Flachau. Highly recommended.

We had some lovely days at Marianne's place. Marianne was sweet and welcoming, extremely helpful and service minded. The area was perfect for our family, there was a lot to do in the area within the Max 20km. The Rodelbahn in Flachau, Liechtensteinklamm and Grafenberg in Wagrain were perfect excursions for our children aged 3-7. There were quite sensible restaurants and good shopping within a few miles.

The apartment finds it self in a locality with natural beauty and peace. It has sufficient amenities for a family to stay and enjoy their vacation time. I would surely recommend it for future stays.

We had a lovely week skiing and staying in this apartment. Lots of space and comfortable stylish furniture. We all loved it.

We were warmly welcomed by the family. They took the time to give us helpful tips and tell us interesting historical backgrounds about the city. The city itself is surprisingly charming. The apartment was clean and lovingly decorated. Everything was really thought of to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The garden with beautiful views is perfect for families with (small)children. We highly recommend this place and the hospitality of the family! It's a pity that we didn't stay longer. We were just passing through.

Thank you, Nina! This was one of the best stays, we immediately felt like home. The apartment was super clean and modern. It was light and kitchen had anything, along with Nespresso machine. The building was super tradicional from outside, but really modern on the inside, with a lot of cute touches. You could feel Nina hosts with heart :-). She was super helpful and kind, we had a really good feeling after meeting her. We would love to come back anytime. Such a nice stay, that it made our winter holiday in Kaprun ever better!

The place was fantastic. It was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was convenient for accessing the slopes, making it ideal for a ski trip. The internet was reliable, which was a nice bonus. The host was friendly and very helpful, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

The stay was really fantastic. The hosts were really very very kind and accommodating. We had some bumps to get through the snow with our car, and were kindly driven to the ski lift and picked up which was really very nice. We would definitely recommend installing snow chains in snow or parking the 250m in front of the snowy path and running the rest, which is also easy (if you are not an experienced snow driver like us). The place itself was adorable and really very private, ideal for couples looking for some peace and quiet. The private sauna and the hot tub were the absolute highlight, but the structure and design of the chalet was also very appealing to us. We will be happy to come back.

Johann and his wife are wonderful people, very kind and always with a smile, maximum availability for any help asked, we also had a problem with bicycles and he helped us promptly. Very clean house, very well-stocked and absolutely in a beautiful location, dining with a view so it's priceless. He has several animals and our baby was very happy to approach them and play with them, lots of activities nearby, small pool to cool off after days walking in the mountains, supermarkets 5km away... we will definitely be back, hopefully soon!!!!

It was our second time in the apartment and we didn’t regret the choice. The apartment is very well located, close to public transport but peaceful and private at the same time. We love the large balcony with great view! Martina is a very kind and thoughtful host. Would definitely come back again!

The stay with Diana at the apartment was wonderful. We felt very comfortable right away. Everything you need is available in the apartment. Highly recommended for four people as well as two babies. Communication with Diana was excellent. Uncomplicated and at the same time she gave us great tips for the area. Since Diana lives over it in the apartment, we were also able to get to know her in person. She was very helpful, communicative and there for us with any concerns the entire time. The house is located near a rushing creek. For us and our babies, the perfect background noise for a relaxed, restful sleep. In the village itself there is a general store for daily fresh rolls (except Sundays) and a few restaurants. Otherwise, it is recommended by car to explore the region (we were on site in the second half of September).

Susan's apartment is very nice, comfortable and extremely clean. The condominium's sauna is excellent and there is a great swimming pool. Flachau's amazing ski slopes can show new and new for up to a week. Susan is a great host, quick to respond, and accurate. We had a great time and will definitely be back. It was a super siege! Thank you.

Super clean and cozy apartment

Sönke and Tillmann's apartment immediately felt like a home. It is very well-equipped, sparkling clean and is located in a pleasantly quiet neighborhood. We had our privacy at all times and were able to enjoy our stay completely relaxed. Thanks to the hourly ski bus, we were quickly and easily in the Hochkönig ski area. The supermarket was also within easy walking distance – overall a perfect place to stay for a relaxing holiday. Highly recommend!

Wonderful location even in summer. Not close to any grocery store but there are enough stores at the base of the mountain. Very clean and has all that you want in a kitchen. Beautiful view from balcony and a lot of light coming in from the windows. Separate WC from the bath is also a plus point.

We had a lovely time staying in the apartment. It has underground parking, which was really useful. We went to Sankt Johann, Seineplatte and Kitzbuhel ski resorts during our stay which are all very easy to get to from the apartment. Jennifer was also very responsive during our stay, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend staying here!
