Monthly Rentals in Avon

A very nice and restored historic place. Lots of decor! The house is big enough for small or large gatherings. A 5 minute drive to Lake Erie beach. You would be amazed as soon as you walk in the door. The host is pleasant and commendating.

This was my second stay at this property and it won't be my last! It is a comfortable space conveniently located. Justine is quick to respond and always friendly in her communication. I love that I can bring my dog and the fenced backyard is so nice!

My friend and I had a lovely stay in Elyria. We especially enjoyed the food at the Foundry, a cup of tea at the Erie Coffee Company, and a walk through the neighborhood and along the river near the falls—the spring flowers were in bloom and gorgeous. The Airbnb was convenient—not far off the turnpike—and a good price. We enjoyed the space and slept well. Thank you, Marlita.

2nd time staying in this house. Perfect location for us to be close to a family event. Very quiet peaceful neighborhood. The house has been beautifully renovated. Michael was an excellent communicator and we had everything we needed.
