Monthly Rentals in Atlanta University Center Historic District

Coi's place was exactly as she described it. I was reassured to know that her home was within a gated community, especially since I was not too familiar with the area. It was conveniently a quick 3-minute drive to my conference location, which was really helpful. Just up the street, there's an incredible restaurant called Pascal's that I highly recommend. I appreciated the separate vanity area in the bathroom; it made getting ready in the morning much easier. The only drawback I'd point out is that Coi's apartment is on the first floor, and the neighbor above has very heavy, loud footsteps that cause the ceiling to vibrate with each step. Other than that, Coi's place is wonderful.

This was a really nice spot, definitely will book again when I go back to Atlanta. There was a microwave and mini fridge and even a space heater for when it’s cold. As a Floridian, I did not like the hill we parked on haha but it was an enjoyable stay and street parking was free if needed.

I use to live in Atlanta and was visiting family. My stay was enjoyable, relaxing as the bed was comfortable, and I had a short drive wherever I went. Elliott is very nice and easy to talk to and I felt welcomed and relaxed. Elliott is very responsive and provided clear instructions to get in the house and it was relaxing environment. I would stay here again when I am visiting Atlanta.

We stayed at Chris and Mallerie’s place for a quick vacation to Atlanta. Their place is just as described and very clean. The location is walkable or a short driving distance to the MARTA. Chris and Mallerie were extremely responsive and even made a delicious restaurant recommendation for us. Thank you!
