Tony and Aileen’s annex was a warm welcoming space. Ideal homely place to return to after a day out. Excellently appointed and spotlessly clean. Tony and Aileen were very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend and I’m sure we will return. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay, the place was homely and Teresa was a helpful host. We loved the enclosed garden space, perfect for our 8 month old dog to explore and say hello to deer who visited the big field next door each morning. The location was peaceful and a perfect base for visiting family near Norwich. We will visit again.

Wonderful couple of days visiting family in the village. The location was really convenient and the property very cosy and just what we were looking for. It’s compact but provides everything you might need cleverly provided for a short stay including delicious and thoughtful welcome pack.

Kafie and Matt were brilliant hosts. They communicated very well, made me feel at home and were very accomodating. The farmland is beautiful and peaceful. Other than the sounds of nature, it is absolutely silent and you can't hear traffic or industry at all. The sky is absolutely phemonemal at night with the minimal light polution. It was perfect for the recent planetary parade. I would definitely recomend the location if you're after peace and quiet and I'd highly recomend Katie and Matt as brilliant hosts. 10/10 stars!
