This property is stunning - keeps the vibe of a traditional Japanese building with a perfect modern touch. Perfect for a family but a car is definitely required to explore the area.

The location is close to the main road, there are many restaurants around, there is also a supermarket. This house have 2 floors is quite comfortable for 13 of us, 6 adults and also 7 children. All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. There are 4 rooms here, we only use 3 rooms is enough, there is still 1 room with a tent to play. And 1 toilet near stairs. On the 1st floor there is a kitchen, dining room, bathroom, toilet, and a large playroom. Outside the house there is a large yard, suitable for children to play Unfortunately we arrived here at night and only slept overnight, the next morning we had to continue our journey so we couldn't enjoy the facilities

The host was friendly and accommodating during my stay. It was used by three families. The futons were also set in advance, so I was able to lay them out right away, and I was happy with the many toys for children. The table and chairs for BBQing outside were also easy to understand, and we were able to prepare and tidy up smoothly. The building was very clean and I had a comfortable stay.Close to Lake Kawaguchiko, you can take a walk to the lake in the morning, and the location was good. Overall, we had a great stay!Thank you very much.

Tomoko's place has an absolute stunning view for Mount Fuji, and it only takes 1 minute to the yamanaka lake. we wake up at 6am, and are able to see the reflection of Mount Fuji in the lake.

This was one of my favorite places I stayed at during my entire Japan trip! Having a whole house to our group of 4 was amazing because there was just so much ample space and it felt like we were having such an authentic experience being in a Japanese home. Everything was maintained really well and the host was very responsive and helpful. It's a great deal for the price and the location is stunning and peaceful. I was anxious that the home would be difficult to find but it's a quick walk from the Hakone Open-Air Museum and has a Lawsons and a few eating spots nearby. Loved it and would stay here again. I stayed for more than a month while working remotely, but I had a comfortable time cooking. The second floor of the LDK was spacious, and the stylish and bright space was lovely. There is a park in front of us and it was very nice to be able to see the greenery while spending time at the house. It was quiet at night and I was able to rest and relax. Also, the host, Misa, was very responsive and helpful. Thank you for responding to these questions and requests. It was nice to have decided to stay here.Thanks for your hospitality!

It was a very beautiful room, and the two hosts were kind and wonderful! The living room is bright and spacious, with high ceilings and a great sense of openness. Large kitchen and plenty of dishes. I enjoyed basketball for the first time in a long time when I was shooting on the basketball court! It was very convenient with a large supermarket nearby to go shopping, and a convenience store in front of us. It was my first time staying in Fuefuki City, but I was satisfied with strawberry picking, going to hot springs, and eating it (there are delicious shops within walking distance) On the second day, I went to Fuji-Q, but it took about 30 minutes by car. I didn't take my dog with me, but I recommend it to anyone who doesn't have a dog!

The place was a dream to be in. We felt very comfortable. The view of Mt. Fuji was stunning. Unfortunately, it was cloudy at sunrise so we couldn't see it. However, in the morning we were able to catch a glimpse of it. It was overwhelming. We can only recommend the place.

We very much enjoyed our stay here ! The house is very large with 4 bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, bath tubs both indoors and outdoors and everything you need for a fantastic holiday. It is located in a peaceful forest area away from the crowds. If you have a dog, there are also plenty of facilities for your pet. Very easy to get from the house to Lake Kawaguchi and Chureito Pegoda, the 7 seas of Oshino, many temples, gardens, museums and also the F1 racetrack. If you have a car, this home is a perfect base to get everywhere. We really felt at home and enjoyed that everyone had their own bedroom with comfortable beds.

I stayed for three generations in the New Year.It was spacious enough, and the kitchen and bath were clean and easy to use.The host, Toshiko, was always quick and polite, and gave us the transportation information for the New Year in advance.I would like to stay there again.

It was a retro atmosphere like an old house and a Showa-like accommodation.

This place was a wonderful stay for me and my guests. The views were amazing, and the private onsen was amazing to use. The only thing I have to note which is not the the fault of the location, is that it is not really walkable. the closest bus stop is around 500m down hill, and walking all of your luggage up the hill is a very hard task on a very small road. other than that, and the AC being a bit difficult to figure out in English, the place was immaculate and we will definitely be coming back if we are in Hakone again, next time with a car.

Beautiful large home that suited 3 families. Facilities were amazing. Very remote from transport and restaurant. Was difficult to get taxi and uber. Definitely not walking distance. Loved the area.

The living room on the second floor has a great view and openness as pictured, and the whole family, including my parents in their 70s, was delighted! If it's a kitchen with such a view, I'll cook in a good mood every day. Lol I also felt luxurious with high-quality dishes and furniture. I stayed overnight, but the first day was rainy and the second day was sunny, so I was impressed by the sunny weather. The kitchen, bath, toilet, and other water areas were very clean and very pleasant. The bath was spacious and the floor was soft, so it was safe for a 1-year-old child, and I was satisfied without going to a nearby hot spring! The facilities and location were great, the host's message was accurate and quick, and it was a very memorable one. Thank you!

Really lovely place with responsive host. During cold season, house is extremely cold - thats the only issue but can use air conditioning
