Monthly Rentals in Ashburton

We stayed at Damala and Anaban's house for 6 weeks. It was a wonderful place to base ourselves and a true home away from home. The property is in a lovely, leafy location close to public transport and well placed to explore Melbourne, or just to chill out. We were extremely impressed with how well equipped the kitchen was and also the very comfortable lounge which was great to relax in (and is also a great homeworking space). The garden is also lovely and the pool was a great bonus. Orange House feels like a real home with many personal touches that just make you feel comfortable as soon as you arrive. We also got to meet Anaban on a number of occasions and really enjoyed chatting with him. Overall, if you are looking for a family base in Melbourne, or for a couple, you could not find anywhere better. We also found the pricing extremely good value. A big thank you to Damala and Anaban, we would love to stay again in the future!

This is a very beautiful house. The house is very spacious and clean. My family enjoy staying in this house. Diana is a very responsive host who replies messages swiftly all the time.

Lovely clean apartment, above a cafe, opposite a park and next to beautiful walking tracks. Bus stop to trains right on the doorstep. Meg met me in person upon check in and I could leave the keys easily and lock up behind myself for check out. Kitchen included some basic supplies (bread, milk, butter, conserves etc). The whole experience was pleasant and easy. Thanks Meg and Michael, I’ll stay again when visiting my family!
