We stayed here in February during the low season. Looks exactly like the pictures & is in a brilliant location. Kevin, the on site manager was nothing short of exceptional, he made us feel so welcome and helped us book everything we wanted to do. He was brilliant and made our stay!

This place is so much than an air bnb! Everything about it will having you thinking, "I cannot believe this is what I am up to right now." When we first booked I asked if it had a TV, upon arrival that immediately felt like a silly question. You can easily leave all of your "standard" creature comforts behind, it's the whole point! The cabanas are special, you really do hear the ocean as you fall fast asleep on your cozy bed. The staff is highly attentive, professional and super fun. The activities are endless from playing board games to staring out at the Indian Ocean. Nicola and Anna have tons of tips for activities, almost a concierge if you want. I had a list and they quickly enhanced it, with the ease and grace of people who know the good stuff. Anna's yoga classes were something I did not know I needed until I took them. She is a top notch instructor. The food and drink are unreal. You can tell there is a whole lot of heart poured into this place. IN NICOLA AND ANNA WE TRUST.

The place was just the right place for us. The double room was clean and the entire complex very well maintained and beautifully laid out. The host and employees go out of their way to keep it clean and tidy. We are always available in case of questions and problems. From the property you have the opportunity to have some activities organized (surf lessons, taxi service, laundry,...), which is very practical. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the place!

Great value for the money you pay. Quiet location that is still close to the beach and city. Raffaella is a very friendly host and the entire Airbnb is kept in a very homely and simple way. Good breakfast. You have an outdoor shower and everything is open so you will come across some animals :)

Our stay at Seneth and Vishy's place exceeded our expectations! Everything was as described and more to it. The cabana was simple, romantic and comfortable. And truth be told, the best food we had in Sri Lanka. They've really done well to create a little paradise here, with a beautiful garden and soft sand. The staff was extremely friendly and helpfull at all hours. And Seneth and Vishy are just absolutely lovely! Making us feel like family. The resort is peacefully placed a short drive from Arugam Bay, but in walking distance of a fine beach with good surf. We will definitely be back!

We’ve had a lovely stay in a family cottage for 2 days....to start your day in the beautiful garden with a very nice breakfast was heaven, the place lies in the heart of the mainroad, so you’re close to nice restaurants ( try definitely their own restaurant ), the shops and the beach....

Very beautiful place, super peaceful and friendly, you feel like you're alone in the world and the direct access to the beach is magical. The only downside is the food on site which is a little expensive and few other options nearby because it's quite secluded, but it's also part of the charm!

Wonderful stay. Coby and the team made us feel at home right away. Nothing was too much trouble and all the staff were extremely helpful. The accommodation was spacious and clean and the breakfasts were awesome. The hotel is beachfront with a lovely pool and is a short walk from Pottuvil Point. Highly recommend for a peaceful stay!

We loved to stay at „Stay Golden“ - the name says it all! A cute and tasteful family-run hotel where kids are more than welcome and have lots of fun things to do! There is heaps of love for details and the owners made everything possible for us to have the perfect stay. We highly recommend and will surely come back! Thank you Angie, Rihan and Rami! We had a memorable time!

Stay Golden Premium Cabana with Sea View

We spent a week in Rihan's place in December and we loved the place. The rooms are very well maintained and clean, the location is great and close to one of the best surf points, and the food, ahhh the food is great, please try the sea food platter and the smoothies bowls. Rihan, Angie and staff are very well coming and makes you feel like home. We highly recommend Stay Golden for a long or short stay :)
