If you love Architecture and the best views of Manitou Springs, then, this is the Home to take it all in. Shaun n Laura have done an amazing job renovating their 1920’s home. Upstairs Bedroom features a balcony facing east to get your day started with a beautiful sunrise. Being able to wake up in the morning, open the doors and take in all that fresh air is bliss. Directly behind you, as you admire the creative well designed pitched ceilings, is a view of Pikes Peak. And if it couldn’t get any better, as you face North….Well, you’ll have to check it out yourself. I honestly must return to see the views in the winter. Likewise, to keep up with Shaun n Laura’s creative additions to the home. There is also a private backyard area to build a fire. Brand new appliances throughout. Quiet neighborhood. Absolutely, Marvelous!!

I’ve been to many places before, but up to this moment, I sincerely have never seen a place that would be one step ahead of me in every single detail. A lot of accommodations and facilities are available (board games, kitchen tools, much extra towels, pet facilities, extra mattresses, etc.). Also, what I really liked during my visit was the interior decoration, specially the photos, colors and frames, they literally fit so well and gave the place the identity it needs. Overall, I enjoyed my stay with zero problems and I recommend Casa de Cooper for every group that is looking forward to renting a cozy nice place away from crowded environments. Finally, the host was very helpful and responsive. Thanks a lot Jessica!

Beautiful home and yard. It’s near downtown and easy access to a grocery store. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. We look forward to staying here again!

This was our 2nd visit to David's place and we had another fantastic time. The house is clean, comfortable, stylish, and had everything we needed for a great stay. It's centrally located in Santa Fe and within walking or driving distance to dozens of great cafes and restaurants. We highly recommend David's place, and look forward to our next stay there!

We really enjoyed our stay at Reach for the Sky. Chris' check-in instructions were great. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. My son and I used the basketball court multiple times every day, it was a huge advantage with cold weather. The workout facility was great as well. We loved the room, the view and the design/appearance. The only gripe would be the game-room could use some love but that is a shared space and not reflective of Chris or this unit at all. Great place, we'd certainly be interested in staying again.

The apartment had everything you will need. Very clean (I’m very picky)and comfortable. Plenty of privacy outside to enjoy the weather. We would stay here again.

This place was exactly as described and a great stay for me. There is a coffee shop just a short walk away and it's in a very nice neighborhood. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay.

I had a wonderful experience staying here. Peggy And Mark were proactive in making sure we were as comfortable as possible, the apartment was so homey and cozy, it was immediately comfortable! They stocked it with anything we could need. I highly recommend staying here!

Velma's place was comfortable and quiet. Having an assigned parking spot (#1) was a plus. We were glad to walk to Maria's for margaritas and dinner.

We had an AMAZING stay here! My boyfriend and I wanted a small getaway for valentine’s day to escape chaos and have some peaceful time alone. April was amazing and responded within minutes, she was very nice and helpful to us, even let us know the place was ready and we could check in early. The house was clean and cozy, we felt right at home. We loved our stay and definitely want to come back for a longer stay next time he comes to visit. 10/10 recommend staying here!!

Carolyn’s place was clean and tidy. It had everything I needed for my quick stay. It was a little tricky to find the correct building but it was nighttime when I arrived, so no fault of Carolyn!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Our Loto accomodations were perfect. It was spacious, clean and modern with a nice "at home" feeling. The location was close to everything, shopping, bars and restaurants and of course, the lake! I appreciated that it was so easy to get into, so many places have wonky locks! Our host was great with communications, although we really didn't have a lot of questions because everything went so well. Would definitely stay here again!! Thanks for a wonderful time!

This was my 4th or 5th stay at this nice condo. I'm convinced it has the best view of any Airbnb at the Lake. Steve is a great host. I arrived soon after a pretty big snowfall, and Pelican Bay had the complex plowed and shoveled really well.

The minute we walked into the condo, we fell in love! So perfect for my husband and I. The living room has very comfortable furniture, a large tv with streaming services, a beautiful patio with an amazing view. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you could need to cook your yummy meals. We cooked dinner there every night and breakfast every morning. The bathroom is the perfect size and has lots of space to keep your toiletries. The shower is large and the water pressure is perfect! The bedroom is also very comfortable. It’s not as updated as the rest of the house decor wise, but it’s still very cute and comfortable! The bed is 12/10 one of the comfiest beds I have ever slept on. I plan to use this host and their condo anytime we come back into town! She was very communicative and was there for any questions we had. Very professional and kind!

We loved staying here. It felt very cozy and comfortable. We loved that it was towards the back and enjoyed waking up to the beautiful views looking out the bedroom sliding glass door to the balcony. The family card game was a huge hit! The hosts were always very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
