Charlotte’s place has the 3 C’s and more! Cute, cozy, and clean! Great location as it’s very close to the Tony Knowles Coastal Trail, walkable to New Sagaya (which has groceries, deli, and coffee), and walkable to downtown (for most people). I stayed a week during the winter and the place stayed nice and warm. It has two separate bedrooms which is nice if your party is in need of two beds. Very affordable spot in a nice neighborhood close to downtown. Charlotte is a very responsive host. She very quickly responded to any questions I had which were very few because she explained everything thoroughly in her guide.

I started with only booking a few days but the atmosphere and beauty kept me here a lot longer. they made me feel right at home. we just had the worst storm and I'm rebooking. trees went down, icy hill I got stuck on a few days ago. would recommend yaktrax or crampons for shoes in winter in case it warms up and storms again ever. studded tires.

Very nice place and people to deal with. I flew out early and my grandson was late checking out. They was very nice about it.
