Vacation rentals with a patio in Amstetten

Ana's place was wonderful. Very clean, very spacious and only a couple of minutes off the motorway (but still far enough to not be bothered by any noise).

This house is very nice, very clean and tidy and the homeowner is very attentive and provided us with a lot of convenient supplies to make our stay very comfortable.Fantastic stay for a family trip. It would be very ideal to be able to set up their hotel again if there is a family traveling together and it would be very nice.

The apartment was very clean and cozy. It is in a peaceful neighborhood and there is free parking on the street. We found everything we needed in the place, so I can recommend completely!

This apartment is a lot nicer, cosier and larger than shown in the photos. It has a 70s and 80s feel, the wooden floors are lovely, there are happy house plants and a gorgeous view from the large windows. The balcony looks over the quaint roofs and parkland of the town as well as distant mountains. The couches and beds are all comfortable, the kitchen is well appointed, the bathroom is cute and there is thoughtful lighting throughout. A huge plus was that our host provided generous quantities of bath towels, dish towels and plenty of drying racks. There were plenty of bathroom, kitchen and laundry basics. This really contributed to a very comfortable stay. Unfortunately there was a persistent unpleasant smell from the bathroom, which we partly solved by keeping the bathroom window ajar and the bathroom door shut. Also the toilet pedestal was wobbly. The location is minutes from the train station and the town centre, but is nevertheless beautifully peaceful. Would stay again.

Lovely place. Electric mobile heating works well. Kitchen is cozy but well equipped. House isn't noisy and squeaky like some other buildings in the alps. Enough parking spot, peaceful surroundings. Both bathrooms are good and well equipped.

Thanks Sabine & Peter for the lovely stay! - The house has a successful mix of antique & modern, easy to enjoy and feel comfortable. The bathroom is even nicer in nature than in the photos. My highlight was the upper room with the lovingly prepared steps and wooden floors: clear line, cozy and stylish. - Sabine was always available and provided us with a lot of helpful information. The self check-in with the key box is great because no one has to wait. - The scenery is of course spectacular and beautiful. In early November, sunshine and there was even birdsong.

We thoroughly enjoyed this place! Teall was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the house was fantastic. Everything was authentic and wonderful—an amazing experience!

The apartment is very quiet. But great for our plans. We explored very much sightseeing. The apartment really had everything you could ask for! I have experienced it a lot differently. The beds were excellent.

Carl and Erich are excelent hosts. Very comunicative and pro active. The AirBnB is exactly as shown in the photos. Large rooms with lots of natural light and a great view into the coutryside. Overall the apartment is spacious and well maintained, if a little lived in. Our group of 6 adults and 2 kids easily fit without feeling cramped. When we asked about missing bowls and a disconnected TV, Erich quickly solved both problems. A slight downside is that there is only one bathroom and one toilet (but this is mentioned in the description), and the floors are cold since heating is via radiators (slippers are provided). Plus side is the calm and quiet location, and option to order fresh milk. All in all a very enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Everything worked out super well. The apartment is nice and the location close to the Gesäuse National Park is great. In addition, the neighbor Reini is super nice and accommodating.

We had a great stay at Marco & Biancas! A really great space with a well equipped kitchen, lovely cosy lounge and a comfy, spacious bedroom and hall. Friendly and helpful hosts! We would definitely recommend Marco & Biancas place to others!

Staying at Nuki was an amazing experience. Everything was clean, modern and comfortable. It is more than a rental place - it is like coming back to home. To be honest we did nt want to go out as the apartment itself was an experience and we and our 2 kids spend good time there.. All the equipment, utensils, the kitchen supplies including spices were more than any rental space provides usually. We also love the garden area with the grill and seating. We have stayed in many airbnbs before and this place was one of the best. We would love to stay there again. Thanks alot

We spent a super few days in Bad Aussee. The apartment is close to the centre and everything is within walking distance. The apartment has everything you need. It’s clean, tidy and really cosy. The hosts are very nice, flexible and quick to answer any questions you may have. Overall we were very satisfied with everything, we would recommend the apartment to anyone!🙂
