Vacation rentals with a firepit in Amsterdam

Booked for our technicians working away and they were very happy with everything about the accommodation giving it all 5/5, with specific mention to good supplies for cooking. Very comfortable accommodation and very well equipped, very well located in relation to the Almere Poort train station with easy and quick access to Amsterdam. Good to rest in after a busy day in Amsterdam. I recommend it.

We had the most wonderful stay in this charming cabin nestled on the property of a windmill in Alkmaar. From the moment we arrived, our hosts Kelly and Han made us feel completely at home. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect—so kind, welcoming, and full of great local tips. The cabin itself is a dream—coziness taken to the next level. Every detail was thoughtfully put together, and it was the perfect place to unwind to relax. Waking up next to a windmill felt like something out of a fairytale. Alkmaar itself is a beautiful village full of history, with adorable shops and restaurants to explore. The charming canals add to the magical atmosphere, and it’s easy to hop on a train to Amsterdam for a day trip. We’re already dreaming of our return and feel so lucky to have made such lovely new friends in Kelly and Han. Highly recommend this magical spot to anyone visiting The Netherlands!

We had a lovely family vacation in Wyik aan Zee. Beautiful beach for walking. A trip to Haarlem and Amsterdam were also on the program. Highly recommended. All in all, we will be happy to come back.

Very cozy and nice place! I highly recommend this house.

Bink was really helpful. The main entrance for the neighborhood was closed due to some works, but Bink managed to get for us the code for the other entrance so we could park next to the house and didn't have to walk more than 10 minutes from the parking area.

We had the absolute best time staying at Nicolette’s beautiful home! She was so wonderful and made sure that we had everything we needed. The location is beautiful situated with the best river view and the town of Maarssen is just a few minutes down the road. We would highly recommend that anyone visiting this area should stay here! Nicolette is very kind and is a wonderful and attentive host!!!!

We enjoyed the accommodation all around. It is located in a quiet and idyllic location directly on a small canal, with good connections to the nearest cities of Hoorn and Alkmaar as well as the beach, which can be reached in about 30 minutes by car. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Especially the large bathroom with towels and bathrobes as well as the cozy living room and kitchen impressed us. The bed was extremely comfortable, so we slept wonderfully. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating. We were warmly welcomed, got a small tour of the horse farm and valuable excursion tips. Also on departure, the owner inquired about suggestions for improvement, which was very attentive. We can fully recommend this place and will be happy to come back!

Yasemine and her mother lovingly welcomed us. Very helpful and always interested in making us feel comfortable. The apartment is well furnished with a beautiful terrace and quiet location. From here you can quickly get to all directions. Highly recommend

Dear Hans and Paul, Our little family had a very nice time at your place. You were very helpful accepting our daughter’s packages we ordered. New Year’s Eve was special, as far as we could see, there were fireworks. Hope to visit Wassenaar in the summer time too.

Mark is a wonderful and thoughtful host. The apartment was clean. Mark provided us with fruits, cheeses, ham, pastries, and waffles for us. We didn't miss anything.

Lisette's place is really perfect. Great location, ideally equipped, quiet, homey, cozy and exactly as described. Lisette himself is also really very friendly, directly accessible and very helpful. But our highlight was cat jet. Cuddly and always nearby, greeted right by the door and always there for petting, but also looking for distance if she wants her peace and quiet. We are really excited and would come back 10000%!

Flat and Garden: The lodging features a small secluded recently renovated patio area with outdoor seating. It was very helpful to be used as an area to ventilate and dry clothes and store the cooler. Between 10 am and 1pm it also serves as as spot to catch some direct sunlight. (in April) The flat is very quiet, we heard next to no noises with the windows closed, no car traffic at all. The two bedrooms are similar in size and each feature a double-bed. One room has no windows, it still is one of the quietest and darkest bedrooms of my AirBnB booking history. The flat has a kitchen with modern appliances, pots and pans, a dining table for 4, a large comfy couch and lots of storage space. With all the amenities in place it is definetly a place that allows for longer stays. In direct comparison with another place we used in Wijk aan Zee Tom and Mashas flat stood out for it´s central location, stylish appearance and minimal walking distance to the beach.

Very idilian stay. Private island with rowboat, bbq and fire bowl. Ideal place to relax and enjoy nature. Also fun for dogs!

We stayed at Advas house with our dog for three nights and really enjoyed our stay. The host was leaving some treats for us and even for Lumi (our dog) and also suggested nice restaurants and possible walks with gpx files in the area. The place was just as presented on Air BnB, really clean and nicely decorated. Unfortunately we didn’t have the time to really enjoy the garden but I’m sure it would be great to enjoy a nice little fire outside :) would be nice to come back in summertime!

We were delighted by the environment, the setting, the calm and the change of scenery. The cottage is nice and cozy. We recommend it.

Beautiful location snuggled in a very cute backyard. Peaceful atmosphere in a very quiet neighbourhood with great restaurants within a 1-2min walk. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay with Nico and Danielle. They are very nice hosts who are quick to respond to any queries. Even a smart TV was arranged at our request. The cottage has all the comforts and is very tastefully decorated. Great bathroom and bed. The cottage is in their backyard, but you hardly notice that because it is completely enclosed from the main house. The area is worthwhile with Hoorn and Enkhuizen. In short: had a great week!

We had an amazing stay here, the area is so peaceful and quiet and was perfect for a break. The rowing boats and canals were such an amazing bonus too. We could get food delivered for dinner but the shops were less than 15 mins drive away too. We will most definitely be booking this again ❤️

Absolutely charming cottage, as described! A short walk to the beach and an hour's drive to Amsterdam! The perfect location to enjoy the charm of the countryside and the energy of the city! Lita was a friendly and attentive host! We'll be happy to go back!
