Monthly Rentals in Amherst

The apartment is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, but very close (within walking distance) of restaurants, bars and cute shops. The apartment is also close to a beautiful park, an added bonus. We especially appreciated the coffee/tea and snacks Cheryl and Lance provided for our arrival. Great hosts!

Enjoyed my stay. Bed was comfortable and had no issues with TV or WiFi. I wasn’t aware there was no washer dryer. That was my oversight, but Anthony offered to work with me and allow me to use one in an adjacent property. Location is fabulous. Walking distance to great restaurants and a straight shot to the airport

Stayed for a few months during g the summer. Perfect 2-bedroom place on a quiet street but in a vibrant and active part of the city. Arrived to a very clean unit with extra towels, bedding, and toiletries included. The apartment included everything in the listing and parking was easy. Great communication with the hosts. Fridge is on the smaller side but it’s new and super-cute. No complaints and we will look into this unit again if we are in the Buffalo area next summer!

We were visiting Buffalo for Christmas and were very happy with Joe’s place. His descriptions of the house and neighborhood were perfect. We took walks everyday with our dog and were conveniently located to everything. The house is lovely, perfect for a family of four and a dog. We had everything we needed to make some dishes for our holiday meals. Joe is a great host. I appreciated his quick responses and welcoming emails. He made great suggestions and even let us check in early which is always nice. We highly recommend!
