Lovely penthouse apartment with amazing light on Elmegade with lovely rooftop terrace in the charming and trendy area of Skt. There are always clean linens and towels for use. The apartment is equipped with everything in service and kitchen equipment. The apartment is right on the highway exit. It is located in an industrial neighborhood but close to the lake. The apartment is not accessible friendly as you are going up to the 2nd floor, take the apartment and there is no elevator!!!!

Nyd det simple liv i min centralt beliggende lejlighed ved søerne. Der er masser af lokale spisesteder og grønne oaser. Lejligheden ligger på en rolig gade. Soveværelset er forsynet med en dobbeltseng. Skillevæggen indtil den lille stue kan godt knirke pga. luftfugtigheden. Der er mulighed for opredning af 1 ekstra soveplads (sofa, men den er kun 200 cm i alt). I spisestuen er der plads til 6 personer. Der er bus, tog og metro 5-10 min fra lejligheden. Alternativt kan man gå 20 min. til centrum.

Central Big 2 rooms apartment on the top floor. Big balcony where it’s wonderful to sit and enjoy the sun from morning to 4-6 pm. Cafe, restaurants and supermarket very close and pretty much everything else is near by. Very close to the lakes and public transport as Nørreport station are just 5-7 min walk with metro and trains. Ørsted park is just around the corner. This is the place if you like to stay in a quiet area but still close to everything.
