Sleeps 4 Full access to kitchen and private yard.. Great place to relax and enjoy the serenity of the great outdoors. 55 miles to Kirkwood... hiking trails 15 min... 10 min to grocery and liquor store. 1 hr to S Lake Tahoe. 5 Min to golf course..... CHILDREN under 8 NOT allowed from Oct thru Apr due to Wood Stove which gets hot!!

House and grounds-within walking distance to 5-star dining and a 10 minute drive to 50+ wineries and shopping. We have over an acre in town with Bocci and games galore. Our license allows six guests, thus we must be firm on that.

The pool is private to our guests and usually open after Memorial Day. About 50 mins to ski areas. The Cottage easily accommodates 2 couples in two bedrooms, each with private bathroom. For EV charging, 220 V outlet is provided. The deck is great for outside dining or just enjoying a glass of wine.
