The home was exactly as described and Annette was an excellent host!

Joey and Carla were great hosts and very responsive! The ambient noise in the unit was fairly quiet, but you will hear other guests walking up and down the stairs, which were extremely creaky. Some things to note: laundry is coin operated. The second bedroom can only be entered through the first one. The living room has no window to the outside, which made it feel dark and closed off at times. However, the overall value was good for what I paid.

Ben was an amazing host! Not only was he super flexible with check-in, he was also very responsive, which was great. The space we stayed in was super cozy with cute decor. Thanks Ben!

This was a perfect place for my husband and I to stay while in DesMoines. Easy drive to the state fair grounds, quick uber to Val Air Ballroom. Very quiet neighborhood. Would stay again if we are in town.
