Monthly Rentals in Altoona

While my visit was brief (just 1 night to rest while on the road), Tyler’s home was comfortable and quiet. It was a great place to kick up my feet with my dog.

Very close to downtown Des Moines and this a newer property and you will definitely enjoy staying here. Feels right at home and very clean.

Location was nice, quiet, and private. Other than the street parking being a bit more limited earlier in the day no issues with parking close to the house. Ben was a responsive host and provided clear instructions. The location was clean, provided all needed basics. This place is great for 1-2 people for a place to stay close to Des Moines.

The home exceeded our expectations with its immaculate cleanliness. We felt immediately comfortable and right at home. Every detail was thoughtfully attended to, making our stay truly enjoyable. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
