Room with a view near the center

The two studio apartments / studios, each with about 30 m2 are located near the center in the emerging second district, overlooking the rooftops of Vienna. The house has a lift which takes you comfortably to the top floor. From there it's only a few steps to your apartment, you have to yourself. It is very bright and sunny in the apartment and you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. equipment: -Living-bedroom -private bathroom with shower and toilet, -small, fully equipped kitchen, -Satellite TV -W-Lan To enjoy your vacation, you can shop around the corner, go to the nearby Carmelite market or use the underground (U2) or tram (2) to go to the museum district or Schwedenplatz. By foot it takes about 10 minutes to downtown. Many different local and In-togethers in the area provide fun and give you the opportunity to have breakfast , cheap lunch and delicious viennese/internationol dinner. Recovery can be found in the Augarten or Green Prater - both are within walking distance. To the Vienna Exhibition Hall there are two stops on the U2, therefore ideal for visitors to the fair or exhibitors. The price includes bed linen, towels, table linen as well as electricity and gas. The cleaning fee is € 30.00. Cleaning fee for stays of a month or more € 50,00. A washing machine is available. The studio apartments / studios are also monthly rent. Minimum booking three nights.

Very quiet, central apartment with sunny garden

You will be staying in a beautiful, quiet, 41m2 (500 sq ft) apartment with a 60m2 private garden. It is located in a backyard and therefore you will not hear any city noise from the traffic while enjoying your coffee on the porch and you can sleep with windows open. One feels immediately at home in the cosy, stylish and fully equipped apartment which has high ceilings giving a spacious atmosphere. It is in a renovated and save centrally located building YOU ONLY CAN SMOKE IN THE GARDEN AREA.

The studio is well equipped and situated in the 3rd Viennese district. Has a direct connection with Metro to the airport (20 min), city center (7 min) and Train station ( 10 min) There are 2 spacious terraces with a view over Vienna. A big supermarket, asian market and a drugstore are just few steps away. There is also Pizza Dominos, asian and oriental restaurant around the corner. You can easily reach the city center by Tram ( 10 min to Opera). AC equipped.

Quiet, top roof terrace appartment in city center

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish retreat. The apartment is on the top floor of the building and belonged to my family, we grew up here. Therefore, there are still a lot of personal items in the apartment. You feel really comfortable here, almost at home, thanks to the warm and stylish furnishings. The apartment has two large terraces, one to the east (rising sun) and the other to the west (sun setting), which give a special light to the atmosphere.

Very bright spacious apartment, located on the sunny side of the building and also is in walking distance to the Danube. Very calm, family place:) There are 2 separate bedrooms and a living room with sofa with bed-function. Apartment is 5 min away from city center (Stephansplatz) using public transport. Also there is a direct train from airport right in houses neighborhood. All grocery stores are in 1 min walkway. (Billa, Spar)

My beautiful bright apartment with garden is located in a traffic-calmed street on the edge of the Vienna Woods. It is located in a Biedermeier villa, has about 40 square meters and has recently been completely renovated (new windows, parquet floor, kitchenette, etc.). If you prefer to be quiet and green, this is the place to be. And by tram "43", you can reach Vienna city center in 30 minutes.
