The studio is very well equipped and is lovely presented with many wonderful details. Although small, it is furnished in a smart way to utilize the space in the best possible way. The bed is super comfortable and I would say the space is perfect for a solo traveler. Helen was very responsive and a great host. I love the neighborhood as well, close to the city (easy accessible by the CAT) and a lovely area for walks along Swan River. I would highly recommend this place and would love to come back in the future!

Stunning apartment, in the center of everything. Beautiful touches like drinks in fridge, tea coffee, and cereal, little things that was a lifesaver after a long flight. Place is peaceful and immaculate. Will be back every time I need to stay in Freo, Thanks so much

Our stay with Pia and Paul was brilliant! They made us feel so welcome and provided great recommendations for the local area. The apartment is perfect for a couple wanting a quieter place but still close to the city and Perths fabulous beaches. We would highly recommend this place and will be back on our next visit!

Great location. Easy to get to public transport and walk to King’s Park. The apartment was spacious, lovely and cool.

Great communication from Sarah & Clarke. place was easy to find and the instructions to get into the place and parking were very clear. the neighbours and building was very quiet and although the place was on a semi busy road, the double glazed windows and doors blocked out the noise. Location was perfect for bars and restaurants and walking to the city and river. The only thing to note was the street the place is located on has several homeless people in the morning and night sleeping outside. Its also a popular street for bars. The apartment felt safe with the security doors but just be aware of your surroundings when going for early morning walks.

Great location, easy access to Cottesloe and surrounds. Very nicely decorated with everything you could need for a chilled visit to Perth!

We had a wonderful stay at Karens place whilst we were in Perth visiting our family. The place is exactly as described and was actually even better than it looked on the listing. Everything we needed was available for our stay and the place was extremely clean. Communication with Karen was great and she responded promptly to our messages. The place was an excellent base for our stay and within short distance of anywhere we needed to be. We would for sure not hesitate to book next time we are visiting our family in Perth.

We stayed whilst we had renovations done to our home. It was a nice home away from home, even though it’s small it was set up great.

This is my second time staying at Nang’s place and it is always lovely. Super responsive and always helpful. The place is walking distance to Canning College and Curtin Uni. Highly recommended.

Inna’s Airbnb was in a great location with a few shops in walking distance and a large shopping centre with in a 5 min drive with lost of restaurants, the CBD was only a 15 min drive.

An absolutely perfect spot to stay with a family to explore Perth. The room set up was ideal, the home was clean and really well laid out, the Alexas and smart TVs were a great escape after long days of exploring. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay and we will absolutely look at booking this home again the next time we visit!

You certainly won’t be disappointed to stay in this home. Has a nice relaxed calming feel to it. Is very well set out & spacious. Such a quiet little cu de sac with friendly neighbours who give a wave. Love the front yard. Comfortable beds & couch. The house has all the mod cons that were needed. Jo was very responsive & helpful. We will definitely be back to stay again.

The stay was mostly good. AC worked good and most things were of good quality. I was a bit disappointed by the small size of the refrigerator and small cheap trash bags provided considering the high price paid for the apartment. Insulation is not very good and you can hear the neighbors above walking around.

What a fabulous apartment, well equipped, pantry goods, all you need for a short stay. The electric bed was just the best, so comfy. Walking distance to cafe's, restaurants and train station. Great location, will be back.

Mike and Luka welcomed us on arrival and stayed in contact over our week there, always checking all was ok The accomodation was in such a Good spot, train station 5 min walk Shops pretty much a few steps out of the door. We loved the roominess of the pad and the enclosed balcony was our go to place to eat our meals A parking bay was allocated for our daughter to park when she visited throughout the week, Thankyou. Everything was clean and tidy with some supplies as well in kitchen. We were very happy there and can recommend to others, its central, close to public transport and lovely owners, there when you need We will return when in Maylands again Thank you Mike &Luka.

The place was very clean and just as described. The location was great as well, only a few minutes walk to a nice park and a grocery store. Cher was really responsive and ensured I had no issues during the stay. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay in Cottesloe was phenomenal! I’m originally from Perth but have lived in the US for 14 years now. This trip “home” was bringing my partner and our 1 year old daughter to meet family and friends, and we needed our own space. Melissa’s unit was utterly perfect! I grew up on cottesloe beach! I was almost in joyful tears each morning when we got up and could see the ocean right across the road. It’s honestly one of the best beaches in the world! Restaurants and bars are a walk away. All very family friendly. The unit is as described and we really appreciated the family friendly feel there too. Some toys and kids dinnerware etc made it even easier for traveling with a baby. We walked to and from the train station for some of our adventures, and when driving, we never had to worry about parking. Rosemary was our contact and she was quick, courteous and helpful, aling with super sweet and genuine. From a local AND visitor in one, Melissa’s unit is where you want to be!

I arrived at Brian and Dearn’s place as the sun was beginning to set over the Fremantle port and the view was riveting - you can even see Rottnest. The apartment is a true oasis, beautifully presented with considerate touches everywhere. A really good energy pervades the place which is unusual in an Airbnb accommodation. Fremantle, which is packed with bars, restaurants and happening places, is a comfortable walk. This is an ideal spot to explore it from because you’re not smack bang in the middle of things but close enough to have peace and a sense of remove. I highly recommend this gem of a place for a couple or solo-traveler.

We had a lovely stay at this cosy apartment in Bassendean, a peaceful suburb with great access to Swan Valley, Perth CBD, and the airport — perfect for our itinerary. It was a short drive to Swan Valley, where we enjoyed visiting wineries and had a delightful dinner at Pasta in the Valley before our flight home. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials. The thoughtful touch of curry masala in the kitchen was much appreciated, making it feel like home for us as we cooked some meals. The hosts were warm and welcoming, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. The apartment’s location is also ideal for convenience, with a Coles nearby in Bassendean and easy access to major roads. The only minor downside was that the air conditioning wasn’t strong enough for Perth’s hot summer days, which could be improved for comfort during peak summer months. Overall, it was a fantastic stay in a quaint, quiet suburb, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Perth!

We had a wonderful stay at Pei’s place. Just a short 10 minute walk from beautiful Scarborough Beach and close to other beaches such as Trigg and North Beach. The apartment itself had everything we needed and was extremely spacious! It felt very homely inside but with a beautiful beachy vibe! Also close to a bus stop which is great if you don’t have a car with you! The aircon was wonderful as our stay consisted of multiple 40+ degree days. The one thing I would say is the rooms do get quite hot on a night, however the fans do help this a little - this obviously can’t be helped during a heatwave! Pei was responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again if in the area.
