Monthly Rentals in Alicante

This place is worth the stay because of its great location and stunning views. I was so happy to find this place during Semana Santa for a week and would have gladly stayed longer but it was booked. All the sites were walking distance like the Casco Antiguo, Castanos, Esolanade, and Rambla. Close to all the shops like El Corte Ingles, Tram Lucero Station, buses, and Renfe. Location can’t be beat! Most importantly the breathtaking views are a bonus! I saw some beautiful sunny skies, a thunder and lightening storm and a beautiful moon! I will miss those amazing views off that wonderful balcony.

Central location, excellent price, very helpful host. There is really not much more you could ask for. Not to mention the apartment is quite large, so you have plenty of free space. Kitchen well equipped, balcony is nice to sit and there is all other things you need for a long or short stay (e.g. freezer, washing machine).

The apartment is exactly as it appears in the photos. It is clean and has everything you need for a short or long stay. Although the place required a small walk to get to the train station and bus stops, it didn't bother me. I actually extended my stay in this apartment by 2 days and I wanted a little more but unfortunately it was already booked. It is located in a quiet and safe area. Maksim was friendly and answered all my questions. I recommend this apartment and I will not hesitate to come back.

The apartment is great. As shown in the pictures. Comfortable, quiet, and with everything you need to spend the perfect stay. Sonsoles was attentive at all times and was very responsive. I will definitely repeat.
