Very clean . Large room with private bath and sink . Met all my needs . Because on 3rd floor lot of steps to navigate . You get sufficient step exercise. Shop close by with delicious bakery goods and sandwiches

This was our second stay at Lorraine's beautiful house. My husband's family lives just down the road, but their home is a little smaller and can't accommodate all of us. Lorraine's home has been such a blessing to us for our visits. All the living spaces are comfortable and spacious. The dining room has a big enough table for all of us to gather for meals together. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We also travel with our 2.5 year old, and they provided some toys and things like plastic dishware, which is so convenient! The beds are comfortable, there are plenty of linens. On top of all of that, the place is immaculate! I'm a germaphobe and I feel very comfortable since everything is so clean. Lorraine and Ron are lovely, gracious hosts - it's clear they really put a lot of thought and care into the property. We look forward to our next stay at what my toddler now lovingly refers to as "the farm." ❤️

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn't be more convenient, just a stone's throw away from Kutztown University, which made our visit a breeze. The accommodations were comfortable and well-appointed, providing all the amenities we could ask for. What truly made our stay memorable were the exceptional hosts, Diane and Hiester. They were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that we had everything needed for a perfect stay. We wholeheartedly recommend this delightful spot to anyone visiting the area.

We came back after being here four years ago for our honeymoon. The ownership has changed so it’s not the same non-profit mission it had been before, but the place is just as beautiful and the new hosts have updated some amenities and finishes. It was quiet and peaceful with few other guests as we were there in winter. Loved exploring the property and surrounding area with my kids.
