Christina and Eric’s home is really lovely. The kitchen is great and had everything we needed during our stay. The only thing we missed was a real coffee maker vs. keurig but there are plenty of walkable places to grab a cup of coffee if that’s your thing, and the generous selection of k cups were fine in a pinch. Loved the open layout with the kitchen and dining area and the living room just on the other side of the fireplace. Great home to hang out in with plenty of space all around. Thank you Christina and Eric!

Thank you to our host Allison for a wonderful stay. The house has everything you would need from kitchenware to extra blankets and nicely updated showers/bathrooms all in a historic home. The location is very unique within an old mill village against a river. You can even hear the river flow over the dam from the front porch. You can also hike along the riverfront that is part of a longer trail. I would definitely stay here again.

This house is in a great neighbourhood. Quiet for being in town and close to everything. Our dogs loved the backyard and the office space was wonderful for me. Would definitely stay again and host was very accommodating when we needed to book for a couple extra nights.

The house was perfect. Clean, comfortable beds, great kitchen, spotless bathroom, fantastic outdoor space. The location was tucked back from the road, lots of room for the pup to run around. We will absolutely stay here again.

We had a very enjoyable stay. It is a nice, cozy home in a quiet neighborhood. It was very appreciated to have our own space while visiting our families in the area.

I had a fantastic stay at Dale's place! The home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. Dale's was incredibly welcoming and provided great recommendations for things to do in the area. The amenities were top-notch, and I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchen. We even asked to stay another night last minute and he was more than accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We stayed at Martha's townhome for a month. It's in a nice development with ample parking space and beautiful walking trails. The townhome itself is nicely decorated with mementos from Martha's many trips. Martha was very responsive. If you are looking for a place in Chapel Hill or Durham, this is an easy decision.

Quick night stay before our venture to California. Place was great and Robert was communicative. Thank you again

We loved The Trailer on the Farm! It was a scenic-short distance to Chapel Hill. It was private and peaceful! The bed was comfortable and there were a plethora of towels. The refrigerator was stocked with refreshments! Meredith graciously took us for a tour of her farm- impressive and informative! Lastly, before we left she brought us fresh farm eggs! We hope to come back again.

The most comfortable king beds I have ever had in an airbnb. Beautiful older home that has been tastefully remodeled. Quickly responsive hosts. Walking distance to downtown.

We only stayed one night to see a concert at the Saxapahaw ballroom- it was perfect! Would have loved to stay longer.

We stayed in this property to tour Elon University with our youngest son. It was a perfect place to stay for 2 nights. Beds were comfortable and there wasn’t an issue with 4 of us sharing the one spacious bathroom. Parking was easy and everything felt secure. The walls are a bit thin and we could hear the people in the adjacent apartment watching a movie and laughing loudly. However, we would stay here again as the place was great for a weekend stay.

Spotless house, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable beds. Slept like a baby! Very simple to get in using the lockbox, quiet one-way street with parking around back, and a back entrance as well. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.

This is a beautiful home. The colors and decor are incredible especially if you have creatives in your family. The only thing I hate is that our stay was not longer, my family didn’t want to leave. We will definitely book again!
