Our stay at this beachfront apartment was absolutely perfect! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the breathtaking views of the ocean through the large windows. Waking up in the master bedroom to a panoramic view of the beach was truly magical. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The sound of the waves and the fresh sea breeze made it a relaxing escape. The location was perfect just steps from the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. The on-site outdoors heated swimming pool, a jacuzzi, gym, sauna and steam room were a bonus. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. If you're looking for a peaceful and luxurious beachfront retreat, this is the place to be. We can’t wait to come back!

The place was spacious, modern (for a farm house) and had everything needed to host large groups of families and friends. The host was very kind to give us an extended check out due to a very small issue with the pool heater but quickly managed to send someone to fix it and we enjoyed a well heated pool in this cold weather. We would consider this place again in the future if we needed to book for a staycation with our friends 👌🏻💯

Ahmed made sure that nothing was missing and I really appreciated the flexibility of the check-in / check-out ! The location was very convenient and family-friendly, the place very neat and nicely stocked-up, the hospitality and responsiveness were on point. Overall : Amazing stay 10/10 would definitely recommend!

The villa was super clear, fully equipped with everything you could wish for. The space is huge both indoor and outdoor. The view on golf course added a perfect tour door experience and the pool was super clear. However, the pool water was so cold and the water chiller didn’t work to adjust the water temperature.

Very cozy and extremely clean. Host was very helpful. Kitchen was clean and in good condition. Place smells very nice. Check in and out was extremely easy. We escaped the traffic and noise on New Year’s Eve and the location was very quiet and peaceful. Such a nice place to walk around in.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Kareem's apartment! From the moment I booked, he was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind, making the entire experience seamless. Great Airbnb experience near Hatta. Stayed with friends to explore nearby hikes, Abdulla made checkin super easy. The villa is in a secluded part of masfut, so no neighbours to bother your group! The road to the place is a dirt road, and a bit easier to find in the day. However overall a great value Airbnb with comfy beds, we would stay again for sure 👍

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for another fantastic stay at one of Mr.Khalid's stunning apartments. This certainly won't be our last booking with him. The apartment is spacious and perfectly clean, making it worth every dirham spent. The bedrooms are stylishly decorated and well-organized, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The living room's large TV is a great addition, equipped with everything we needed for entertainment. The view from the apartment is simply breathtaking, and the balcony is thoughtfully arranged, making it a perfect spot to relax. Overall, we found this apartment to be an exceptional choice. Its amenities, location, and attention to detail have left us with unforgettable memories. We can't wait to book again for another memorable vacation experience. Check-in was easy, special thanks for allowing us to check in much earlier (there were no other guests in front of us) - with 5 children and bags it would be very difficult to wait half a day for check-in. Great pool downstairs - taking into account the fact that it was impossible to swim in the sea (the red flag was brought out) the pool was great.

On my first visit to UAE I needed an affordable place next to University City. This location was an 8 min drive away and easy access to City Centre with grocery store inside the mall. The host accommodated my very late check in and even provided translation when I had to communicate with someone who did not speak English. I am grateful for my experience and I will be recommending this location and rebooking. Thank you for a wonderful travel experience.
