The apartment is very nice and cozy - with attention to the details. The colors are well combined, it is both aesthetic and practical. You have everything you need and find it intuitive. Everything was perfectly clean. Rebekka and Benni are super friendly and warm. We enjoyed it very much and we felt totally comfortable! Feel free to come back anytime!

Beautiful apartment in Ebermannstadt. It is easy to reach by public transport and you can take beautiful excursions in the area. We felt very comfortable. The kitchen is also well equipped for cooking yourself. We would definitely come back.

We spent our girls weekend with Olga and Viktor in the apartment. We were warmly greeted, everything was shown to us. The hot tub was already on, so we didn't have to wait long to use it. The apartment is super equipped (you just have to note that there is no oven but only an air fryer), towels/ shower towels are available in the bathroom, hair dryer and also feminine hygiene items can be found. Except for the kitchen, everything is located in the attic. The couch invites you to cozy evenings, but you can also sit and chat in the kitchen. There are plenty of sleeping options, especially if you like to climb ;) Personally, the mattress was a little too soft and the pillows too thick, but this is something very individual, so definitely not a minus point. Olga and Viktor were quick and easy to reach. "Minus point" the wifi didn't go so well. But for us, that was totally fine.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. We didn't miss anything and it was also very clean. If you want to spend a few quiet days, you can relax there superbly. For more active days there is a bike rental nearby and beautiful hiking trails with swimming opportunities around Lake Fichtelsee. We will definitely be back!

Apartment super and clean, garden was even better in dry weather: the kids could go out at ground level and play great, very nice terrace! We felt very comfortable, nice and uncomplicated landlady and a really well-equipped apartment, the kids even got a bed-fall protection.

Beautiful accommodation in the middle of Bamberg, everything within walking distance. The apartment is as described, beautiful old building and great sauna. The house is very audible inside and you can hear the other AirBnBs relatively loud, but there are enough earpax ready for that. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Sebastian is extremely friendly, answers quickly and is very straightforward. Short-term changes weren't a problem. The place was as described, clean, very nicely decorated and superbly equipped. Great hospitality, both from a distance and on site. The cottage is clean and cozy and has everything you need. The fully fenced large natural garden is a dream for dogs and due to the location on the outskirts of the village to field and pond also mega for reactive dogs or difficult candidates. Direct access from the garden to the field ensures stress-free walks. Thank you, we will definitely come back! 😊

This spot of earth was really great. Crazy, you're on the lake - no matter which direction you walk in. Outdoor area super well maintained - the hot tub was our highlight. Inside, some things could be slowly overhauled or completed - but this is "complaining" at a very high level. We loved staying and very happy.

A very nice place, feeling like home. Hannelore and her husband have been extremely nice, friendly, helpful at any time for anything. The house is cozy, perfectly clean and with everything you could need. The surroundings are peaceful and walkable if you want to be immersed in nature.
