It was such a beautiful and peaceful place. I was only going to stay one night, but after checking in, I saw the place and liked it so much that I added one more night. From the beginning everything was very informative, we had no difficulty anywhere and it felt like it was our house. Everything was perfect and everything we needed the host was responding immediately. We are very satisfied with our choice.

We had a great stay at Chalet Franzi. From the moment we made the reservation untill we left, Ernst was very quick and friendly in his responds. It felt very trustworthy. The chalet is even better than the pictures. Its big enough for 4 adults, its cosy, warm, the kitchen has everything you need. It has some cartgames which we used every day. and the view from the windows is pretty. looking out on the Mountains. The chalet is very close to the slopes. even if there is not enough snow, you can walk to it, max 5 min walk. When we arrived, Ernst was waiting to greet us with snapps and his warm personality. He even helped us unload and told us about the chalet and the Village. the Village is small and has a supermarket, restaurants and a Bakery. From the town, you can also go to Bad Gastein and Bad Hofgastein in around 15 to 20 minutes. also very pretty to walk around and ski. Thank you very much Ernst. We had a lovely ski holiday.

We loved everything about this home. It was very easy to get to and Dr. Brigitte was there to greet us and show us around. The apartment itself was very quiet and peaceful with gorgeous views of the mountains. There was a grocery store just around the corner. There were also multiple bus stops just outside the house that took us everywhere we wanted to go and was super easy to use. One of our favorite things was the heated floor in the bathroom, which feels luxurious in the winter.

Very nice place with a gorgeous view at the lake. We had a good time!
