Eric and his place in Palekastro are THE BEST. Eric is a perfect host with great local recommendations and a friendly demeanor. He went out of his way to make sure I was well taken care of, and it’s clear that he really loves his village and sharing it with his guests. 100% recommend!

We left Palekastro yesterday and miss the cottage very much. The quiet and picturesque location, the fantastic surroundings with several beaches nearby, the contact with the warm and very attentive hosts - we spent a wonderful week here! The cottage is equipped with everything you need and is characterized by many lovely details. We immediately felt at home and were able to totally relax. We very much hope that we will have the opportunity to come back!

It was a wonderful relaxed quiet place. My room was spotless clean and with very wonderful details which make you feel like home. I walked to the beach - which is a nice path through Olive tree. I can highly recommed to stay with Maria - as I‘ll do as well!

Great stay in this extremely well-equipped little house: washing machine, microwave, percolator, toaster, oven, large refrigerator with freezer. All furnished in a modern and ergonomic way. Very comfortable bedding. Nice terrace sheltered from the sun. Very quiet place however 5 min walk to the village and its taverns. Authentic and welcoming village. Beach 2 km away. Recommended without hesitation for visiting the east of the island.
