A house like a mini hamlet. All stone, nicely decorated in the Cretan agricultural tradition, and in addition, very comfortable. It looks like a children's story house. We had a lovely stay, made beautiful hideaways with the kids! Thank you for the fruits, bread, cakes, cheese puffs... simple but marked pleasures! Thank you very much

When we arrived at the apartment, we were greeted by Katerinas father who showed us everything in the apartment and the surrounding with the whirlpool and the garden. This was already a fantastic beginning. In the apartment we were greeted by a homemade frittata and tons of fresh fruit. We had trouble to do eat all of this. The provided ground coffee and all the other things in the fridge including a bottle of wine and Raki was making us smile and feel like at home. Even in the washing machine there were some washing pods provided. Wow! We had a really good time and we got a lot of good support from Katerina and her family (super sweet). We liked that we were allowed to separate the waste for recycling, we do the same at home and this is needed everywhere in the world. The apartment was more than spacious enough for us two and the outside sitting possibilities were used a lot for our breakfasts.

I really enjoyed my stay in Stephen's studio which has a homey vibe! I felt really comfortable in this apartment which has a big terrace with nice views. It has everything you need to feel at home and to cook your own meals. It has a big desk which is great for working. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom spacious. Everything you need is provided to feel at home. You can enjoy the sea view from the terrace which is great, though there is a main road, so when you sit outside you can hear cars (just mentioning it for those who are looking for "zero noise" - for me it wasn't an issue), & once the windows are closed it's fine. Otherwise the area is very quiet, surounded by nature and olive trees. You'll be staying at the first floor of Setephen's mother's house, which is a lovely person :) The location is convenient to visit Crete. Stephen has been very helpful and communication was smooth and easy during my whole stay. Thank you again! I strongly recommend this place.

The house is truly something special. The interior and design of the house is super tasteful and combines traditional Crete with modern elements. Everything in the house was spotless and brand-new. The view from the terrace was breathtaking and the courtyard was very cosy. We can only recommend this gem of house at Crete. The location is a little remote but perfect to relax and enjoy Crete off the beaten paths. We hope we will come back. Also the village where the house is located is so picturesque. Amazing local tavern with great authentic food are in walking distance.
