Thanks for the great stay. We felt right at home, the kids enjoyed playing in the living room area with heated flooring. We all enjoyed the sauna and bath. Would have been nice if the bathtub had reheating function. The host was very responsive and flexible to accommodate our change request and handling our forgotten item. It was a great new year vacation with friends and family.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The unit looks new, is clean, and well-maintained. Despite reading a previous review about weak heating, we found that the 2 heaters in the dining hall were more than sufficient to keep us warm in -5°C weather. The host was very understanding and allowed us to drop off our luggage early, which was a huge convenience. Communication was easy, and we always received prompt replies. The fully equipped kitchen was another highlight, as it had everything we needed—bowls, spoons, chopsticks—making it easy for us to cook our own meals. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy and hassle-free experience.

I visited with 4 adults with dogs and one child, but it was a very nice villa without feeling narrow or inconvenient (* ^ ^ *) Even in the summer, it was chilly and comfortable at night, and the sauna was great. Thank you for greeting the president himself! We look forward to hosting you again.

It was nice that check-in and check-out were very smooth. It was a little cold in the room. There are also plenty of heating equipment such as kotatsu and a stove, so you can enjoy the gathering again.

This year, the eldest son was a test trainee only for one night trip, but we had a relaxing stay. Unfortunately we weren't able to take a walk in nature but the rainbow was amazing when the rain stopped for a moment. The kitchen was clean and tidy and tidy The dishes seem to be thoroughly washed, so when I used them, I was able to use them without a bad feeling. It was raining all the time, but it was nice to be able to enjoy a BBQ on the rooftop terrace. Thank you

We had an amazing time at this house. Everything was beautiful and clean. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Even though it was cold and snowy outside, the house was warm and the heaters were on when we arrived. The house was also well-equipped with appliances, making our stay very comfortable. We were traveling with our dog, and the dog run was clean, safe, and my dog had lots of fun. They even provided a big cage. The only downside was the toilet on the second floor—the door locked itself twice with no one inside. Our experience was amazing and we would definitely come back again.

Good access to public roads, I think it is perfect for sightseeing around Kita-Karuizawa.

They also responded to urgent requests, and we had a pleasant time.It gets very dry at night, so I think it would have been nice to have a humidifier.

The facilities are very good and beautiful decoration. The location is a wonder, with totally views of Mount Asama , a spectacle of nature! Everything was more than perfect!!! We travel with a dog! Very welcome!
