Chic City Center Studio (French Quarter)

The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative neighborhood in the center of Munich. A few meters away are supermarkets, bars and restaurants. You are on the ground floor with a separate entrance. Upon entering the room you will see in front of you the bright bathroom with shower and toilet, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has NO kitchen. On the left then high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

The house with about 110 m² has on the ground floor a bedroom, a living-dining room, a kitchen, as well as a bathroom with bath/shower. On the first floor there are two bedrooms as well as a bathroom with toilet and washing facilities. In the basement there is washing machine and dryer. The plot is in a very quiet residential area. Shopping and S-Bahn are easily accessible on foot.

Enjoy "Gemütlichkeit" close to munich! Stay in our cosy town or take the suburban train (S 3) to reach munich-city without change in less than 20 minutes! Having your private sleeping, bathroom and kitchen its easy having a great time in bavaria. Highlight: your private sauna in your bathroom! The top floor of our big house is a separate apartment and is accessible via the shared stairwell. With my three sons and my dog I live on the ground- and first floor.

The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms.
