NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. Get out of the city and into the absolute tranquility and nature The former farmhouse from the 19th century is located in the beautiful nature of the Western forests. From the garden you have clear views of the adjacent fields and the forest and can start hiking directly I have renovated the house with a lot of love and care, yet it is and remains of course an old house with corners and edges and also in the garden you will not find an English lawn but rather well-kept wilderness:)
