We are now listing the entire home and no owners are in the home. Dragonfly is your private little home away from home. Minutes from Indialantic beaches and the intercostal waterway. Walking distance from historic downtown Eau Gallie arts district with great pubs and restaurants. Just over and hour from Disneyworld and Universal Studio and less than 45 minutes from Kennedy Space Center. Our guesthouse is a 5 minute walk to restaurants/brewery/pub. Also located nearby (walking) is a park on the river, a library, coffee shop, pie shop, an art museum, lots of other little shops, and even a public fishing dock. We are about a 5 minute drive to the closest beach. You have your own access road, as well as your own driveway. We live on the property so we are always close if you need anything.
