This was our second stay at the Casitas and it was another great experience. Rita and the staff once again provided excellent service on top of a great place to stay. You won't go wrong making this place your go to in Zihua! An excellent spot for access to all that La Ropa has to offer and just a short ride into downtown for some shopping or whatever adventure you have in mind. It was the Guitarfest 2025 for us this time, but you can rock it at many downtown spots if you miss the festival week and musid is one of your things. Last year we just chilled it poolside and down at the beach. Plenty of food spots nearby and if you just feel like staying in for the day, well Marguerite is the resort chef and an excellent cook. And if you're looking for an great massge you should really check out Alejandro! We both wish we had gotten massage from him last year but now we know. And he comes to the resort on appointment so get him booked quick! I'm very certain Rita would get him booked for you

Nice and clean place very close to Playa el palmar you can walk, in addition this serca of a restaurant and bar square for fun and the accommodation has a swimming pool and the reception is very friendly in my opinion is perfect, price and place

I think this was my favourite Airbnb of all time! The location is absolutely breathtaking looking over Playa Ropa. This beautiful home has absolutely everything you need to settle in and get comfortable and enjoy the area. Jose and Lilia were incredibly friendly and welcoming, despite the language barrier. They were kind and Lilia even gave me a mole cooking lesson. :) I loved the peaceful nights, and Romeo, the cat, and the dog kept me company for my morning yoga practice on the patio. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare my food for for five days. They graciously let me stay for the day when my flight was delayed. Tips… Ask for a blanket because the air-conditioning is freezing at night. Bring your Spanish translator if you’re English. Don’t expect perfection, and you will settle in to this amazing home and immerse yourself in the beauty of the area. I will be back next year! * cab driver had a hard time finding it… Do a research ahead of time to figure out area.

Loved our stay at the Casitas!! We were greeted with Margaritas and guacamole, which was a nice welcome!! Rita was lovely to meet and chat with. The place felt like home. We loved the quiet! So convenient since we were 5 min. to the new pickleball courts and walking distance to the Playa and nice restaurants. We loved our stay!! Highly recommend ❤️

In general everything is fine, the room space is good, by the time (we went in December) it was not so hot and the room has air conditioning and a fan. The kitchen is shared, the first days we had a great time and the other couples very much respected the food in the refrigerator and the common spaces, unfortunately on the last day we had to live with a large group that looked like a family and did not respect our food from the refrigerator, they took our things and the kitchen took it completely, definitely that situation made us no longer want to be there. Concussion, I feel the space is good and it would be great that more than one kitchen could be used, the beach is at approx 20m and the water is super rich, another point to consider is that there are not many restaurants nearby (there are only those that are on the beach side and the food is not very good we say) so if it is important to go prepared with food. Finally, David is very friendly!

a beautiful location. room Pelicano is perfect with the king size bed. the kitchen is excellent! get off on the main corner at the stores ...walk across the street. Combi from Zihuatenajo to Airport. 19 pesos. walk behind the coffee shop - bean roaster to the Combi to BDP. Barra de Potsi - Playa Blanca. you will the flower street - Kinder Calle. Great 7pm Quesidillas & Tacos.

When the place we had booked fell through less than 24 hours before our arrival, we found Victor's listing. We had a few questions before booking. Victor responded quickly, even though it was quite late at night. His property manager, Irma, was also very responsive and friendly. We really enjoyed the outdoor dining and pool. The wifi was fast; even with four of us using it. The best part is that it was a less-than 10-minute walk to Play La Ropa.

Good accommodation, you have to walk several meters to go to Playa the clothes, but the area is very quiet. There is an Oxxo nearby.

The accommodation is very nice. Its view is magnificent, in addition to having the opportunity to access the facilities that the hotel has, for example: Swimming pool activities, beach dynamics, draws, daytime shows and the nights of the complex. The facilities give you everything for a comfortable and pleasant stay. My personal recommendation is to acquire an All Inclusive plan in the facilities for food and beverages. It's accessible and generally worth it We hope to come back back soon!!

Erika’s place was perfect; great location, very friendly staff, and convenient in every way we expected. This is easily a place I would book again when we are able to return. Excellent.

Roberto is a very good host, he gave us several recommendations on the places we could visit and was always attentive. The house is very quiet, nice and clean, the view from the house towards the sea is very beautiful. 100% recommended.
