Beautiful 1614 sq ft apartment with 2 balconies (190 sq ft pool view and one ocean view) located on the bike/walk/run path. 5 minute walk to the beach and the marina and 10 minute walk to town. Marble floors throughout. Master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet with in suite bathroom. Second bedroom has 2 queen beds plus its own balcony. The third bedroom has a single bed and a bathroom. The complex has 1 big pool, 2 small pools, BBQ area, gym, and paddle tennis court

Enjoy a clean private pool. relax in hammocks. The 3rd level is an outdoor kitchen.The main kitchen is on the first level. All 3 bedrooms 2nd level Two balcony's two Bathrooms. AC in every room. Things to do ride horses, beach fishing snorkeling. The community is very friendly. Beach access 100 ft from house. From the airport its 5.1 miles (14min). From the house to downtown zihua its 12 miles (25 min)and from the house to ixtapa area is 30 min.

Walk to Zihuatanejo town, beaches, restaurants, taxis. Expansive views of town, bay, LaRopa, LosGatos, ocean entrance, sunrises, bay boat traffic very entertaining. Mountainside privacy ... must be able to do many stairs! Newly built, pool access, BBQ access, AC, granite counters, TV, wifi, built for two, one king-size bed. Lovely perota wood throughout. 500 spacious square feet. Will provide address for taxi or maps upon booking.
