A fantastic place, what a great house, also the garden is great. Lots of attention to decor and decoration. Communication was very nice and constantly possible for help.

We had a lovely stay in Patrick’s family home. The place is exactly like the pictures and very well maintained. We loved the big garden and cozy terrace. Kids loved the playroom and trampoline. Very easy and friendly communication with the host.

What a lovely place to be! You can completely relax with the coziness of the people you are with. It is one of the most beautiful parts of the Netherlands!

We were looking for a stay that is suitable to bring a baby and activities that can be done nearby. Mission accomplished! The stay was equipped with all the comforts. Modern, tidy and we have been extensively provided with information from the house and the surrounding area by the host. Shops and supermarkets sometimes within 100 meters away. The only downside to the surrounding area is that on Sundays, almost everything is closed. Certainly subject to repetition.

The house is very nice and the place is peaceful and very lovely. Access to Amsterdam via the P+R is very convenient. A supermarket is nearby. Loved our stay!

This is a beautiful home 20 minutes from Amsterdam. The home is very well kept and gorgeously decorated. We rented a car and had no problem finding parking in front of the home every day we stayed here. 100% recommend.

we had such a lovely time here, we had a 1 year old and 3 year old with us, the place was perfect for them, with extra toys to play with and all the amenities we could need, Our host was also very helpful and gave us great recommendations. The town Edam is such a beautiful place, we mainly came to visit Amsterdam but ended up spending a lot of time in Edam. we definitely want to stay stay here again!

Jeannot was the best host from start to finish! He provided an amazing advance PDF of Amsterdam information and communicated via Whats App throughout. He even paid my tab at the local ice cream parlour after I discovered they did not take credit cards and the closest ATM was broken. The location is perfect for a stay with a large family. It was a great place to start and end the day and so easy to get to the city center from.

With a group of foreign guests from three continents, we stayed at the lovely lodge for 10 days. The place was excellent for this. We haven't been to the park much as a group: it served as a sleeping and breakfast spot, and once as a dinner spot, where the well-equipped kitchen came in handy. All the rooms for the guests have their own toilet and shower room and that benefits the privacy during such a stay. We would not look further for another occasion, but immediately look at this location again. The contacts with Mark, during the booking, with possibility to see the spaces in advance, and also the contacts with Mark and the people of the reception were very friendly. Highly recommended!

Everyone who stayed with me and everyone who visited were in awe of this house. Easily the nicest AirBnB I've ever stayed in, and despite feeling like we were in our own beautiful world we were actually very close to everything you'd need in Zeist. Brenda was also an amazing and very communicative host so overall a 10/10 stay.

We had a wonderful holiday cycling, boating and relaxing. The house is in a fantastic location and very private. Rik, the host, provided us with lots of restaurant recommendations and organized the hire of a boat for our two weeks. Communication was easy and excellent and the whole process was without drama. If you have not tried a holiday in the Netherlands (as we hadn’t) and you like fresh water swimming, great restaurants and drinks on a terrace watching the wildlife then this good be the place for you. Weekend with family stayed in villa, it is a beautiful stately villa in a beautiful wooded neighborhood. Everything in the house is present, inside modern and equipped with every comfort, homely atmosphere, good beds in spacious bedrooms, bathrooms also top. Host is relaxed and pleasant in communication. Surroundings are beautiful for hiking (heath and forest) and there is plenty to do (Paleis t Loo is recommended).

What a beautiful place and beautiful house. Really equipped with all the comforts and luxuries. We had a very nice stay. Lovely in front of the fireplace with the cold days and in the big hot tub.

We had a fantastic stay at Joëlle’s house! We travelled with two children aged 6 and 2 who loved the play gym, trampoline and sand pit with digger! It really felt like a home away from home with kids as it had all the amenities you need: high chairs, kids crockery, toys etc. The house is stunning, so much so that people passing by stopped to ask us about it. You can swim in the river in front which our 6 year old loved. Joëlle was very responsive and checked in to see how we were. The location is really beautiful and quiet. We used the bikes with the house so didn’t need a car but it did mean we had to time buses and trains very carefully as the bus to the house is only every hour. I think if you want proper freedom then get a car but it’s not mandatory as you can travel in to Amsterdam/Utrecht in 1h/1.5hrs, which we did a few times. Weesp is great and has nice restaurants and you can hire a boat nearby which is worth it! We would love to go back again!

The place was perfect and super equipped with everything x 4 people who want to spend a quiet and relaxing vacation. However, the distance from major cities is a lot . The car is essential. Communication was accurate and immediate . Satisfied 👍

Nice spacious house with large backyard. Everything was clean and tidy. Also very nice that there was a tennis court.

Dennis is a very nice man, we did not have any problems with check in or check out, the house is beautiful and decorated with everything. You hardly need to bring anything. The kitchen the bathroom bedrooms were all nice and wonderful.
