beautiful, spacious apartment! Very neat! Nice and spacious living space. Beautiful, spacious rooms with good beds. Practical layout of the spaces. Convenient system with key. The sea is visible from the apartment. That gave a nice, soothing feeling. Everything is within walking distance. Parking and station are also within walking distance. Dear host, definitely went out of her way to make the stay enjoyable. There are no towels and there are no bed linen. We knew that in advance. Less practical when you come by train but we knew that in advance. Thanks for a great stay!

A few days of peace and quiet during the week in the off season. Lovely quiet place, everything super clean and in order. Station, the beach, shops,.. everything within reach. Enjoyed it tremendously and would definitely recommend it!

The apartment is in a new residential area. The beach is quickly and easily accessible. You can get to the center of Oostende by ferry, private car or bus. Unfortunately, there is no bakery in the immediate vicinity yet (but one should open soon), the nearest supermarket is within walking distance (about 15 minutes) or by car. Due to the fact that the entire residential area is still partially built, you have to expect construction noise during the week. The apartment is very well equipped and you immediately feel comfortable and at home. Everything was clean and tidy. The beds are new and also the bedrooms were cozy and clean. The shower is new, level and large. The open plan kitchen is rather small but well equipped with everything. There is a nice balcony. The existing shops and restaurants are upscale. Unfortunately, we only had 4 days, but enjoyed this time very much. We can definitely recommend this apartment.

The location of the apartment is just perfect! Ocean view in all directions! Very convenient also the underground parking space and space for bicycles. Grieth gave us a very warm welcome and helps with everything you need! The bed is large and very cozy. We will definitely be back!

A top apartment with wonderful views of the sea 😍 everything was great, quiet and you could really relax while listening to the sea. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. We recommend it 100% and will definitely go there again. Communication with Tine and Tim also worked more than great. So all in all 10/10. ☺️

Very nice apartment, with great views! Dylan received us in a very friendly way and explained the apartment to us. The apartment itself is very bright (large windows) and had everything we needed so far. We also slept great, quite new mattresses that got along quite well with my body. It was also very quiet. Practically also the underground parking space and the two bike rooms where our ebikes could be stored. It is close to the city or the train station (to get to Bruges, for example), bus 4 stops around the corner. Thank you again to Dylan! We will be happy to come back.

Very nice, clean and cozy House with all Equipment you need. Parking is also possible directly at the House. Nice Pool/sauna area. We would book it again.

The place is really perfect. Anything you need to make you feel at home is present. There were beautiful art objects in and around the property. The pellet stove gave a wonderful comfortable warmth. Very good beds. A very quiet location, so you can completely relax. And finally, compliments to the host who received us very kindly and responded very quickly to our messages. Not doubt, but books!

Thanks to Annelies, very good communication, the information is clear to access the accommodation, we were able to park our 2 cars without inconvenience. She leaves a small welcome booklet with instructions, instructions for appliances and restaurant recommendations. The accommodation is lovely. There's also plenty to have fun with lots of games for young and old. The bedding is comfortable, and the shower is quite large so convenient when you are a 1 and a half year old! We feel good in this house so I recommend going! In summer it must be great with the sea nearby! See you soon I hope

This is the ideal house for a family reunion with a big living room, cosy fireplace and a great view on the dunes where we could see a lonely horse grasing peacefully. Even our 91 years old aunt made it to the sea, a 10 minutes walk, if you are over 90🙂Also the sleeping area is well separated from the living area, so that you don’t disturb late sleepers in the morning. We cooked a lot and found every thing we needed. We loved the place!

The place is very thoughtful and perfectly clean. It is equipped with all amenities, the necessary utensils for the kitchen and also with new and well-functioning appliances. The welcome juice and cookies are very welcome, such as the small wine cellar with beers and wines that you can enjoy leaving the money in a box. House well heated in winter apart from a portion of the heater on the top floor that does not heat up. It feels better than at home.

We had a delicious stay at Katrien's place, there were 2 of us and each had their own corner without disturbing the other and my dog was delighted to be able to enjoy the fenced garden. The sea is right across the street, in short, a treat!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this cozy house where everything you might need is present, and so much more! We were also received very hospitably, very nice to start our holiday ☺️ It's really recommended here! Everything is within walking distance and super convenient that you can leave the car in the driveway. We would love to come back here again!

Thank you for the Christmas decoration which was a real plus for children. The location is ideal and the accommodation very pleasant.

I had a fantastic stay at Carl’s place. The apartment is cozy, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. It’s located in a quiet area, just a short distance from the beach. There’s a great spot nearby for walking or jogging, and several excellent restaurants are only a 5-minute drive away. I would definitely return and stay there again!

The stay here was fantastic. Pure wow. It is a super nice apartment with everything you need and more, communication with Sebastiaan went very smoothly and quickly. The bed was good, perfect location and accessibility, sparkling clean,.. only superlatives. Will definitely come again. Thanks :-)

Perfect place to watch the sea

Large and comfortable apartment, with everything you need for a successful stay. The pool is a real plus, not to mention the setting, very quiet and relaxing. the beach and shops are about fifteen minutes walk away. Thanks to Dominique for her warm welcome and valuable advice. Serge's apartment is nicely modernized. It is on the 9th floor ...the house has a small elevator. Great is the staircase to the upper part of the apartment. The bathroom is very tidy, with separate toilet. The bedrooms are small but good, (can get stuffy when it's hot) you're more up in the living area. There are 2 balconies, one facing the sea is of course the best. You can put the table and chairs out, ...then poop, if necessary, but also gulls on them;-) The kitchen is equipped with what you need, the appliances are easy to use. Overall a very nice apartment in a good location, as you are quickly in the city center and even faster by the sea.
