Roman is such a great host, I had a great experience staying in Carolina in his condo. Sunny or rainy weather, the home feel cozy from the first day. Will be back and would recommend this place to my friends for sure!

Really nice and cosy stay at Olga's beautiful house. Very responsive and attentive host. A true datcha with a lot of character and thoughtful details. Very quiet residential rustic location. Our favorite was a terrace which is nice and sunny in the morning and a perfect refreshing shelter in the afternoon when the heat is high. Super comfy beds and we slept really well every night. A wild beach is 12-15 min walk with kids, through a picturesque beachside hills covered with a gorgeous smell of wild Summer flowers and herbs. There is a shop within 5 min walk with all essentilals. Chernomorsk with busier life is 5-10 min drive. A sunrise over the sea is very special to watch! All highly recommended! Would certainly be happy to come back!

The house and outside are clean and tidy. Pleasant hosts, great location 5 minutes to the sea and 10 minutes to the shop. We hope to come back.

Great house with a plot very close to the sea. This is the second section from the sea, so it is really very close and convenient. The house is large, perfectly furnished, it has everything you need from multicookers and coffee makers to sun loungers. In the yard there is a grill, a table on the terrace, where it is pleasant to sit in the evening. You can hardly hear the neighbors, you can't see it, but it was noisy at night on Independence Day, on other days everything is quiet. The hosts are very kind people, helped with everything, allowed a very delicious grape that grows on the plot. The beach is wide and relatively sparsely populated as it is the outskirts of Carolino Bugaza. The continent is calm, mostly a family with kids. There is a nice restaurant and small shops at a 10 mins walk. Great place for a quiet family vacation!!!

A very good place to relax, the terrace is the color of this place! Great hosts! The house has everything for a comfortable stay, the kitchen has a lot of different utensils , all the dishes are beautiful! We will be happy to come back for a vacation again!

A wonderful stay! Hospitable hosts, lots of greenery and flowers on the territory, a shady gazebo in which it is pleasant to spend time in the midday heat - these are the main impressions of our vacation. Great place for people who enjoy silence and privacy. Shops nearby, the sea - 15 minutes, sunrise can be found near the house. I didn't want to leave, the impressions are the most pleasant.

Very nice and spacious house with a sauna, barbecue place and small swimming pool. I would recommend for a large company of 9-14 people.

Great little apartment by the sea, clean and nice, has everything you need, it's nice to have breakfast products. Kristina is a very nice host, we are very grateful for her care and help.

We came with a friend, both were satisfied. The view is great, the location is convenient, 2 minutes to the sea, many supermarkets nearby. The apartment is as pictured, cozy and clean. Beautiful, clean apartment with great location. Located in a gated community with kids playground and lot of space to walk. This place was equipped with everything you may need during your stay. Very comfortable beds. Enough space to sleep 4 people. 2 grocery stores within 5 min walking distance. farmers market nearby. Beach is located within 10-15 minutes walk. The host was very helpful and nice. All questions/problems were resolved within an hour. I will recommend staying in this wonderful place.
