Vacation rentals with a patio in Zambezi River

We had a great stay at this apartment, regardless of the electricity crisis in the country the power backup was outstanding. We had an infant and a cot bed was included in one of the bedrooms. Kamfwa made us feel at home and will definitely book this place again.

She recommended a trusted taxi driver,we were provided with a detailed file of activities, with price, recommendations of restaurants and shops with their proximity to the apartment! Kim’s place was fantastic! Everything about the stay was exactly as described in the listing. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials, and so much thought went into little details such as travel adaptors around the house making it easier to use our plugs. Kim was a wonderful host—responsive, friendly, and attentive to details, which made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Kim’s place to anyone. We will definitely stay here again

Beautiful home hosted by Becky. She was always responsive even when our questions were silly 😜. The place is clean, well furnished ed and well stocked with basic supplies. Second time I have stayed in one of Becky's properties and I highly recommend them. Really appreciated the airport transfers as well. Great stay x

Extremely beautiful space

Lloyd's place is very nice, a lot of attention to detail has been put in this place, The house is very clean throughout, good quality bedding linen, towels and it is very modern and very spacious. We stayed here as a big extended family and each and every one of us was truly happy with the house. The host is very responsive, our flight arrived at some awkward early hours, but Gloria made sure she facilitated a very smooth check in. Anesu, the caretaker was brilliant, always comes out with a smile and a very positive and welcoming attitude and was ever available if ever we needed his help.

There ae times when I find a property that I don't want to share about because its so nice I want to keep it to myself. A magical and wonderful stay. All the staff wonderful and helpful. Go here, stay here, be rejuvenated and redefined.

This is our third stay at Rufaro's place. It certainly feels like home now. we absolutely love the area as it's near a shopping mall and has beautiful surroundings and great routes for walking as we love to keep fit. Rufaro's place is private and secure. Exactly what we like. The house has everything we need for our stay. Prisca, the lady who over sees the place is always helpful, friendly and keeps the place clean. We were very satisfied with our stay as always. We will definitely be back.

I had an excellent stay and will definitely be booking again. The facilities were spotless, and the Wi-Fi was undoubtedly the best I’ve experienced in Zimbabwe.

Nice and quiet house, with everything in place to mitigate the daily power cuts (solar system provides electricity at all time and there's a gas stove as backup so cooking is never a problem either) It's been very easy to communicate with Erica, she is very nice and answers all questions quickly. We had a perfect stay in Kingsland!

We had a family trip with grandparents and grandkids and needed a place where we could spread out. La Caduta was great for that, lots of nice hang out spaces, a beautifully furnished living room, fireplace, outdoor seating areas and gorgeous landscaping. We used the spacious outdoor kitchen and for a small added fee had breakfast cooked for us and all our food shopping take care of. We had a few inconveniences such as water and light going out but overall was a great stay. All the staff are really lovely (housekeeper, security, gardener and safari/driver) and really took care of us. Elena also had great suggestions for activities and took care of all our bookings which was extremely helpful. Overall was a great stay and we would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay at this place! It was incredibly clean, cozy, and felt just like home. Its location was excellent—well-connected and convenient for getting around. Loice was fantastic, always available and made the check-in process seamless. We absolutely loved everything about it; it was the perfect setup for us. Highly recommend!

Peaceful, quiet and safe home away from home. Host communicates well via Air B&B professional and good attention to detail. Bottle of wine and fruits a nice touch. Hot water, wifi and functional kitchen was the best. Kitchen well equipped with decent crockery and utensils. Maintenance and security staff felt like family. Very comfortable beds and above all no water problems. Felt safe and secure went out for walks daily saw some amazing birds in neighbourhood. Will definitely book again

Phoebe, Brian and the rest of the family were great hosts who were very welcoming and friendly, always keen to ensure we were comfortable and lacked nothing. They supplied fresh fruit and yoghurt on arrival and smoked chicken sausages one evening. The farm house style guest wing was adequately furnished and situated in a lovely green garden complete with swimming pool. It was a very peaceful environment. A word of warning to those relying on Google maps to direct them to the location. It led us by a route through a neighbour's yard which was blocked off by a fence. But Phoebe was on hand by phone to help direct us. Despite the acute Zesco lead shedding while we were there Phobe was able to ensure that we had fans and lights etc t from alternative power sources. We would definitely recommend Phoebe's place to other Airbnb users.

Absolutely outstanding! Avoid a hotel (they’re all overpriced and for nothing!) and stay here instead! You will be far much happier - even thrilled!
