House vacation rentals in Zahara de la Sierra

We stayed here for a week as a couple, with our son joining us for the weekend. It's a great property for 4, with comfortable beds, nice sitting spaces inside and out and a very well equipped kitchen. The pool is wonderful, even though we coincided with the first rain in the area since April! The really outstanding thing for us was the hospitality from Nick and Julia. They went out of their way to help us and were really responsive at all times. Our only word of caution, the approach to the house is single track, unmade up road, so needs caution in a hire car. Ronda is a fantastic base for the area, with Malaga a great city nearby. We loved it, thanks again to our hosts.

Thank you Gabriella and our host! We were on a special trip with our son and his partner, so to walk into your beautiful home was wonderful. It is in a great location and very quiet surrounded by a lovely garden and countryside. The house was only a short drive from everything we wished to see. We only wished we could stay longer!

Very nice to stay in this beautiful authentic home of Andrew in Ronda. It is a lovely spacious house, with good facilities and good beds. We had a good time there. Our road bikes were also easy, thanks to the spacious garage. Everything else is clearly stated. And contact with Andres runs very quickly and smoothly . Ronda is an amazingly beautiful old town. Quite touristy, but well worth it . We were able to cycle incredibly beautifully in the area. Parking is a bit of a challenge though. And if you sleep at the rear of the house, you should not be too sensitive to the neighbors' rooster. But with the window closed, that's no real problem.

We had a lovely stay in Marbella. The house was huge and very comfortable in a quiet neighbourhood. The host was very responsive. Easy to walk to the supermarket, bus station or into town. Also quick access into the hills behind.

Manuel’s place is quiet and nice, and very easy for parking. We got everything we need during our 3 nights stay. Manuel is easy to communicate and friendly, also definitely a master of oranges - the best ones I have in my life ❤️

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in Alphons and Marieke’s house. The house was perfect for our grown up family of 5, with plenty of space, inside and out, and every modern convenience. We loved using the pool, or sitting as a family on one of several terraces. I would highly recommend this place to families.

Casa Jasmina is outstanding. The view is amazing, the location is perfect for going on hikes straight from the house. There are two beautiful balconies from which to admire the view and the plunge pool. Inside, the house is very charming and comfortable. Carol pays great attention to details and the kitchen is very well appointed. Each room is beautifully decorated with artwork and rugs. We loved our stay and look forward to coming back. Thanks to Carol and Chris for providing accommodation of such high quality and for being such kind and generous hosts.

We went in January 4 couples and were delighted with both the house and Jose Manuel. We loved how complete it was, both the indoor and outdoor area. Count everything you need to spend a few days with friends and family. You can easily walk to the town of Arriates to go to the supermarket or anything else. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time with the family. Everything was as advertised, the house is very nice with all the necessary equipment. The beautiful garden and swimming pool. Nadine is very responsive, perfect communication.

The villa exceeded our expectations, it was a great space for 13 of us to spend our holiday together, we were a range of ages from a baby to grandparents - the villa had plenty of space for us to relax, have time to ourselves away from the group, as well as large dining and communal areas. The master bedroom is exceptional! We walked into Marbella most days and weren’t far from the motorway for some of us to get to the nearest golf courses…we wish we had stayed longer and all said we would love to come back. The transfer arrangements from the airport were great, easy to arrange and accommodated all of our needs (baby seat, lots of luggage and a dog!) We highly recommend and can’t wait to return.

Great place, great location, great host!

We were 2 families with 3 kids who spent a week in this fantastic place. the kids loved it and it has everything you can think of. Angela was very helpful, responsive and made time for us even when we checked in on the Christmas-eve. Since we had rented a car we thought this was very convienient as it is close to the motor way. There were bus stations very close by too but I can't say much about it. This is definitely a place we would come back to and a fantastic place to be. The pool was a bit cold for us during December but I can't imagine how great that would be in summer. Also, the street parking is free and abundantly available.

Samia was warm, friendly, helpful and extremely responsive from the moment we booked our first air BnB holiday abroad! Her beautiful home is very comfortable and homely with modern furnishings and a lovely open plan living space. The terrace was a peaceful haven and was a lovely outdoor space to relax in. The pool and surrounding stunning gardens were a joy. The children especially loved the pool and it was easy to watch them playing in a safe environment whilst we could enjoy the sun beds. The area is a peaceful location and we enjoyed exploring mainly on foot, walking to the centre of Puerto Banus (about 25 mins) and also visiting the Arena area for some good food and the market on the Saturday. Our trips to Marbella by bus and to Estapona were also wonderful! Thank you again for a lovely relaxing holiday Samia! 🪷🌊😎

We had a fantastic holiday in Barbara's place. Three generations enjoyed the swimming pool ( heated up to 26 C) and grilling food under the lemon tree. Location is perfect, everything is close, but the street is silent so you get a goodnight sleep. With this group great to have ensuite bathrooms with heatead towel racks! Kitchen is well equipped and we got a special delivery for extra glasses swiftly. Jose is quick in responses and actions. Can warmly recommend this place!

A wonderful stay in this beautiful house that has lovely features everywhere you look. It is very peaceful, just the sound of the local donkeys, goats and horses. With picturesque views of the mountains, the pool was perfect and a great size. Our daughter loved visiting the horses and the sweet cat that would visit us daily. Manuel, Plàcido and Antonio were all very friendly, and the home-grown fruit, veg and eggs delivery was so thoughtful. Gaucín is a very pretty town, and the local restaurants are within easy walking distance. We hope to come back!

Very nice house with perfect location on the beach. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. Communication went smoothly. Rooms are well equipped. Modern decor. It was a lovely time at Paloma.

From the 1st moment the hosts were very kind and nice. The rustic style house is very cozy and has an INCREDIBLE fireplace. The exterior is wonderful, the setting is quiet and has everything to relax and hang out. The pin pon table is quite a hit and the sun loungers with great views of the reservoir for a siesta in the sun. We will definitely repeat because we loved it!

I spent a wonderful month at Tania's place - it really is a gorgeous and very livable space. She has decorated it beautifully, and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I really like self catering, and the kitchen was well kitted out. The location is great - you step out of the house to a vista of mountains. There is really convenient parking (a rare thing I find in Spain!) and all the basic ammenities. Olvera is a very charming town, and I found it really quite interesting as a place to visit. Its also very near many places of interest. Whole heartedly recommend - I can imagine coming back myself in the future! :)

Dawn is a super host, she is friendly, attentive and polite. The house is beautiful, it has all the details that may be needed and the location is unbeatable if you are looking for relaxation and disconnection. A 10, this is the second time we have come but 100% sure we will repeat.

Really nice House in a private atmosphere! Everything was as described and the house is in a gated community, which is great! There is a really nice forecourt in front of the house which makes you feel as you are in a tiny mediterranen village. There is everything you need, from a parking lot right next to the house to an on suite bathroom in both bedrooms. Susana and Jose are great hosts, every time we needed them they replied in minutes. I'd come back and would absolutely recommend this place!

We had an amazing couple of days at JJ’s house. The place is newly renovated, very clean with comfortable beds. We really enjoyed all the outdoor space as well. We wished we could have used the pool just off the back patio but the weather wasn’t quite warm enough yet. The roof terrace has also been recently renovated with a Pergola to protect from the sun and very nice patio furniture. Check in and communication was prompt and easy. The house is just a few minutes drive from Puerto Banos, Marbella town, great beaches and great restaurants. We also enjoyed the tranquility of it and felt very safe. We will most definitely stay here again if and when we come back to Marbella. 5 stars all around!

So I can recommend the accommodation to anyone who needs a break. A small village everyone knows everyone super friendly there are 2 small supermarkets close to everything within walking distance. The house is very well equipped, you have everything you need to relax. I can only recommend this house. Will be back for sure
