Apartment vacation rentals in York Beach

Michael is a great host, he gave us clear instructions about finding parking when we arrived. The apartment is exactly as pictured and we enjoyed our time there immensely

Maria's place was exactly as it looked in the pictures. Check in was smooth and everything was in order. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom is very large and roomy. There is even a washer and dryer in the kitchen area. The living room is comfortable and its conveniently located just off route 1. It was perfect for us as we had family staying nearby. Definitely will keep this on our list for the next time in Wells!

The location is probably the best thing about this apartment, as it's almost in the middle of Old Port. It was very clean, exactly as described, and check-in/check-out were a breeze. Highly recommend this place for 1-2 guests.

We had a wonderful stay here. It looked just like the photos - clean and orderly - and the bed was comfortable. It's modern and uncluttered, and the kitchen counter is a great spot to set up your laptop and maybe have a beverage - good light in there. Communication was excellent, too. Luke provided us with a link to a feature on must-try restaurants in the area, and he gave us some helpful general tips for Portland. Folding baggage racks and closet space with hangers were provided, and there is a lovely outdoor space with a table and chairs; plus a shed should you want to store your bike or anything else. I would say for a single guest or maybe a couple looking for a simple, uncluttered place to stay while visiting, you don't need much more. Highly recommended - wouldn't hesitate to book this again in the future.

We would highly recommend Ned and Rachael’s place! It was very easy to find, park and get in. It was very quiet despite being in a busy area and very comfortable! The bed is firm and we slept great! It was very clean and the hosts attention to detail is apparent throughout. There was a very nice park a few blocks away for our dogs too! The apartment is walkable to the waterfront, so if you didn’t want to drive you wouldn’t have to! Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommend!

We had a lovely time in this apartment! The neighborhood is quiet but convenient to so much that Portland has to offer. The space was cute and comfortable - perfect home base for our family of 4 while we explored town.

This was an amazing choice for our New Year’s Eve celebration getaway. It was perfect in every way. A warm welcome first of all and very informative and accommodating after that. The location is hard to describe because it’s SO beautiful!! You can’t go wrong here. Perfection in every way. That we can assure. The winter is especially awesome- so we recommend you go for it. We absolutely loved it.

Normand and his wife were simply amazing. From the eggs and snacks that were waiting for us when we arrived to the homemade cookies on our check out. The place was very cozy and comfortable with tons of toys and games for kids and adults. Normand was very accommodating to any request and even helped me chase the puppies when they accidently got out. I would highly recommend this!

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at David and Kate's place. The location was in a quiet, residential neighborhood, which was just our speed. The spot is only a 5-10 minute drive to so many beaches, and lots of places to eat or get groceries, as well. I can imagine this being a wonderful place in summertime, too! We loved the large, cozy upstairs bedroom area the most. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and all of the amenities were just as described. The kitchen area was very well equipped; we lacked nothing. My favorite part though was the artful decor. It wasn't overly "beachy" themed, and while that can certainly be done well, it can also be overdone. It's clear that David and Kate take pride in making their dwelling feel classy and cozy. Overall, a great find!

Everything was quiet and peaceful during this stay. I think there were downstairs neighbors in the building that were quiet and respectful. For 4 adults, this space was spacious, clean and comfortable.

The location was nice and cozy. I enjoyed being in a quiet part of town but we were very close to all the shops and restaurants. The hosts were responsive and very helpful. I would stay here again. Thank you.

The place was as described and clean. Just a heads-up—there are other units next door, in the same building, so expect some nearby activity. I had no major noise complaints. I’d recommend adding a deadbolt lock for extra security in the future.

Such a perfect location! We were able to visit many fun places in Portland. I really appreciate how dog friendly it was!

Our one-night stay in Portland was perfect thanks to Ani's ideally located home. The property was not only beautiful and immaculate but also within walking distance to all our desired destinations. Having off-street parking was especially valuable during the snowy weather. Ani was excellent with communication throughout our stay. We'll definitely book this spot again on our next Portland visit.

Valle and David were the perfect hosts and we had an amazing stay. We also got to use the hot tub which was such a treat in the cold weather. Dave and Valle went above and beyond - from leaving little chocolates treats for us to enjoy upon check-in, to very thoughtfully offering to extend our stay for a few hours until the roads cleared out from a the overnight snow storm. Thank you Valle and Dave!

The space was perfect for a weekend away! It was in a great location, very walkable to the city. Would definitely come back again!

Sooooo relaxing. Fun to hop to Portsmouth or shop in Kittery for the day (we did both). As we were there for NYE some neighbors had fireworks and we could see them from our windows! Very cool! We all slept great and our kids slept so late every day it was a miracle.

The house was adorable, clean, and extremely fairly priced. Reed went above and beyond to accommodate us (and our noisy kids)! The location is a short drive to the beach and the street is super cute and quiet. This was my first experience in an Airbnb and to say we were satisfied is an understatement.

We celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary at this location and we had an absolutely amazing experience!! We picked Portland to visit because of the breweries and things to do in the area, and after venturing out each day, coming back to the Hacienda was so relaxing and peaceful! We loved the space, hot tub, surrounding area and overall stay!! We highly recommend, and we already wish we had stayed another few days to experience more!
