2 bedrooms 1 king bed 1 queen bed 2 sofa beds Air Conditioning 2.5 bathrooms Full kitchen Private Pool Large patio and small garden Yelapa is a vacationer’s hideaway that can only be reached by boat. Today it remains an opportunity for authentic adventure travel to a naturally beautiful Mexican village. Most famous for its waterfalls and beach the cobblestone paths, jungle fauna, and quaint restaurants and stores further add to Yelapa's charm. Our house is near town, off the main path behind the old elementary school. We have a fantastic pool with jungle view and glimpse of the ocean through the trees - only a 3 min walk! We have a single access for all the houses, each house has its main door, only the corridors are shared to reach each one! We are 5 mins from town, 3 mins from the little beach, and 10 - 15mins from the main beach. It's a great location as we are tucked back in the jungle enough to be away from the noise of the pueblo but close enough to everything that it's super convenient. Everyone walks here! Or takes an ATV or donkey. There are no cars. It's hilly so bring your walking shoes. We have HIGH SPEED INTERNET AND AIR CONDITIONING!

The apartment is located inside the Sunscape hotel, next to the commercial center of the island, as well as near the best clubs in Puerto Vallarta such as Santa and Strana. It has a view of the interior of the complex, the apartment does not have a sea view. Only 10 minutes from the airport and bus station. 3 km from the boardwalk of Puerto Vallarta. You have the right to a parking space inside the hotel. Optional purchase of food and beverage packages when you arrive at the Sunscape Hotel.

You will love my place with modern and spacious facilities. Located in a Picturesque town with safe, tranquil beaches. It is a place to vacation or live and only 18 kilometers from the Puerto Vallarta Airport. We currently have neighbors building, between 8 am and 6 pm, there may be some noise. Not on Sunday.
