This place is actually better than the picture show. Very pristine and very clean. It's the perfect place for a bunch of guys who want to get together for a golf trip or something like that. Somewhat secluded, which is what I was kind of looking for. Me and my 13 other friend loved it.

Lots of different areas to hang out. Movie room was my fav and the video games. The house could be a little updated but it was perfect for what we needed. Thanks again!

We enjoyed our stay in the Tampa rental. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and baking. Beds were comfy and the hot tub was a treat. We have not yet exhausted all the fun things to do round Tampa, so we will always want to return for a visit.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Phil's place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Phil was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, easy to get to down town areas. The house was beautiful, very well kept! Offered extra toiletries, soaps, all the necessities. The pool is not heated, but the kids didn’t seem to mind. It was the perfect vacation spot for my family.

Ray’s place is exactly as described. Conveniently located and easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go in Tampa in under 20 minutes driving. The pool table and ping pong table were awesome amenities that we very much enjoyed. Ray was able to quickly answer any questions we had and was super friendly. This Airbnb is well worth the price and I recommend it to anyone looking to stay centrally in Tampa

Easily walkable to Armature Works and the Tampa Riverwalk! We did not have a rental car, so we enjoyed walking the area. The patio was a nice space to relax! Good Wi-Fi, had no problems working from the Airbnb.

Very clean place as described. In a peaceful setting. Eventhough it's next to a house that is occupied we didn't hear or see anyone. Very private entrance and space. It is well equiped. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. If you plan to cook the kitchen is well eauiped but bring your own condiments and oils. Overall excellent stay and location!

Older home…but very well kept and clean inside. Extra linens were a plus. One block from the water. Only about 2 blocks from the Davis Island shops…super quick walk to the DI coffee shop, Pizza, Greek food, breakfast places, grocery/convenience, Anchor bar, and other cute places. Our stay was very short…so we did not utilize the back yard patio area…but this was much better for us than staying in a hotel.

Edgar’s place was perfect for us while we came for to visit our UT son for the long weekend. The location was close to the school and also his home was very clean and comfortable! Edgar was super responsive, especially when we accidentally left our AirPods behind. He quickly responded to let me know that they were found and had put them in a safe spot for our son to retrieve them. Highly recommend !

Chris is a great host! Everything went smooth from booking to checkout. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Great view and in a great location only minutes from plenty of good restaurants. I Definitely recommend!

The pictures and description truly reflect the charm of this property. It’s an ideal spot for a couple or a family with littles. The beautiful views along with the well-maintained and clean unit make for a perfect getaway. The host was incredibly communicative and quick to address any questions I had. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from this host again!

This condo is in a great neighborhood which is wonderful to walk around and see all the history and beautiful homes. Bayshore Blvd is a stone's throw away and you can see the bay from the condo. Bella's Italian Restaurant was a very short walk and one of the best in Tampa. The beds were comfortable with only one point to be noted is in the master bedroom the shades really let in the street lights at night and the sunshine in the morning. Overall, very roomy and comfortable stay for 4 people.

Location convenient for anything Tampa. Safe and secure with convenient access. Room was clean with adequate linens. Kitchen has adequate items that can be put to use for making a meal with groceries available nearby. Balcony is good for sitting out and enjoying the bay breeze!

Exactly what the spirit needed! A gorgeous view of the bay, breathtaking sunsets, a warm and wonderful pool, great music and bar right outside our door and a warm and welcoming home. We had the loveliest time and would go back again and again! Check in and out was easy peasy and we had everything we needed. Gracious hosts!

Karen & Brock thought of everything! They had every possible item you could ever need or want available. Brock was very friendly when we met at check-in and showed us every detail we needed for a wonderful weekend in Tampa. Amalie Arena is just a short 15-minute walk as well as Sparkman Wharf. His directions were perfect and we had a great stay. We will definitely be back the next time we go to Tampa!
