Great stay in a nice place; Jose was an excellent host. However one of the bedrooms was quite cold.

We were super impressed with Meggin's ABnB. It feels like a lot of thought was put into setting the space up! Super clean, comfy beds, heated toilet seats, boot dryer and many more! The location is perfect for a quiet get away with only a 10 minute drive into downtown Flagstaff. We would definitely recommend this to friends as well as revisit!

Such a great host…Didn’t get to meet William, but him and his team were very instructive on how to check-in. Great value. Close drive to attractions. Spacious.

It is an incredibly beautiful place right in the middle of gorgeous red mountains. Belinda is very responsive, and immediately called me back when I called to ask her about getting into the condo. (It was completely MY error and her instructions were perfect - I had a long travel day and went to the wrong door!) To be honest, when I first looked at Belinda's pictures of the condo, they almost looked fake because the window showing the mountains looked so perfect, but nope... they were the real deal!!! Everything was as described, and it was a delight waking up to the mountains and the pure, indescribable beauty and watching the sunset. The condo itself was immaculate and perfect for our needs. She has/had a ton of extra blankets and towels in a closet and a fully stocked kitchen. I have absolutely NO complaints except that it was hard to leave! Belinda is an excellent and thorough host. Incredibly responsive and friendly throughout. Will definitely return!

The place was very nice place to stay. Anna always responded when I asked a question. The water hole for swimming is a 3 plus miles away. Was hoping with the picture it was closer. The third bedroom was a pull out bed in another room which works fine for our little boy but not a private room. Was perfect distance from what we did in Sedona and cottonwood.

We had a fantastic time in Sedona! The space was cozy and easy to get to. The neighbors were so friendly and helpful as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

we really enjoyed our stay at this location. the condo was very spacious. there were beautiful views from the master bedroom and dining room/balcony. the fireplace was a must during chilly nights. our little girl enjoyed a walk down to a little public park. quick drive into downtown.

without a doubt one of the best stays we have had . Everything is the same as in the photos , the area is very quiet and beautiful . I'm sure we are back., very recommended. Congratulations to the affitriones very attentive.

The condo was clean and comfortable. It was just right for our stay in Sedona. It's located in Oak Creek Village which is the southern part of Sedona. It was a pleasant area for our vacation!

We had a beautiful stay at Julia’s. We most appreciated how close we to everything, trails, shopping… We were originally thinking of staying in Cottonwood. The money you would save you’d spend in gas and lots of driving. Not worth it! The unit has all you need plus a few pods of Keurig pods and tea bags to get you started. I brought sugar and spices I like to cook with. The beds were crazy comfortable, I’m rethink my own bed lol! And most of all Julia and Billy were super responsive and kind. Thank you both for a wonderful stay, we will be back!

Very nice and clean.

Brooke was very communicative and answered my questions quickly. The apartment was spotless and fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, laundry soap, and even cooking oil and different types of teas and coffee which we really appreciated! I especially appreciated that I was able to bring my cat with me! Overall this was one of my best Airbnb experiences! Highly recommend.

Lynn was a fantastic, responsive host and the condo was absolutely beautiful!! Because of how much we loved this trip, we are debating cancelling our honeymoon to Mexico and spending more time in Sedona instead! Lynn was a FANTASTIC host - this was a bit of a last minute trip, and she was quick, responsive, and got us everything we needed to check in quickly and efficiently. Sedona was experiencing a cold front at the time of our visit, and she even remotely turned on the heat for us ahead of our arrival so it would be nice and cozy when we arrived! The condo itself was so cute, looked exactly like the pictures, and is the perfect location. You are outside of Sedona so you don't have to worry about traffic and are right at the start of the red rocks. There is a beautiful place to watch the sunrise/sunset called Yavupai Vista right down the road. The grocery store across the street is great for a grocery run and has a salad bar and delicious deli!

The condo was perfect! Easy to find, easy to check in and enter; clean and homey; easy walk to cafés, bakeries, restaurants, shops, grocery stores. I appreciated the binder of local shops/eats/sightseeing. Excellent communication and service. 10/10 recommend!

Melinda’s place was in a very nice neighbour. Felt very safe and it was quiet. There is a great grocery store that is walkable and a few restaurants. Downtown Sedona is fairly busy and staying out of that area is what we would recommend to anyone. It is very close to lots of hiking trails as well. We hiked every day and found each trail was unique. The surrounding area is beautiful with the beautiful red rock mountains which can be seen everywhere if staying at her place. She was great upon responding as well. I would definitely stay there if we revisited the area.

The location of this place was perfect for us! Very close to many of the sites and places we wanted to see with very scenic views along the drive. The condo was just like the pictures and very nice once seen in person. The host is very responsive and sincere . Nice and quiet area with many shops and restaurants. Would definitely consider coming back in the future . 10/10

Great location, right next to Tlaquepaque. The rooms are a bit outdated, but they are quite spacious and the beds are comfortable. WiFi works great. We stayed right before Thanksgiving and never had any issues finding parking. The resort has a heated pool that guests can enjoy despite the chilly weather. There are no elevators to access the second floor, so keep in mind you will have to carry your suitcases up the stairs. Thanks for a pleasant stay in Sedona!

Enjoyed our stay. Good location to get to trails we wanted to go to and enjoyed the dinner we had at the club house restaurant. Quick drive to walnut canyon national monument -first time being that close to cliff dwellings.

Condo was perfect for the week. Walkable to grocery and restaurants. Nice quiet location 1 block from main road. Minutes to fantastic trailheads. Clean and well maintained. Will book again.

We had a wonderful time in Sedona. This condo is within walking distance to the grocery and lots of restaurants and shops. Many of the best trails in Sedona are just a few minutes away by car. The condo is well-maintained and in a very quiet neighborhood. We stayed in the winter, so we didn't use the pool, but enjoyed using the tennis courts, right outside our door. The host checked in regularly to make sure we were enjoying our stay and to make sure we didn't have any questions.
