This is a great place to stay near to Melbourne airport. The unit is spacious, well equipped, quiet and private. The bed is very comfortable. We would happily stay here again.

We love Anthony’s place and it’s the second time we’ve stayed. The apartment is exactly as described and is in a fantastic location, close to great cafes, bars, restaurants, transport, bike paths and everything Melbourne! Thanks for another great stay :)

We had a 3 night mini vacation, with our dogs. Jolene was a super host, and accepted our 3 dogs to stay. We spent most of the time at the dog beach, and the accommodation was exceptional for us with a secure undercover concrete outdoor space (where we spent almost all of our time). The unit was bigger than I expected and had everything you need. A few reviews commented on the noise, but it really isnt an issue (and im a light sleeper). We shared the space with son and partner and there was plenty of room. I would definitely stay again, so many great dinning options, and literally accross the road is beach access. For our personal stay it was to take the dogs to the off leash dog beach, which is only 5 min down the road, so perfect location, easy to get to. We enjoyed our stay, and i did get to meet Jolene and she was extremely welcoming and made us all feel right at home. Highly recommend, and as reviews have said, yes the shower pressure was amazing, especially after beach day

Amazon place to take your children with washing machine, a fixed child toilet seat this was great for toilet training.

Graham and Susan made us feel right at home from the very start. They made sure we were as comfortable as possible offering any amount of help if needed. The time we spent at their beautiful cottage was a great pleasure for us. Everything exceeded our expectations and would love to have stayed even longer. We have no hesitation in recommending their cozy, charming cottage to all who are looking for a short or longer getaway for a relaxing stay. As hosts they were both warm and friendly and we enjoyed out frequent chats together when ever we were to encounter each other. Five Stars Plus on all points from us! Cheers, Bob and Sophie...

We loved our stay! We were looking for a quiet getaway and this is exactly what we got. Close enough to town for shops etc but away from the hustle and bustle. Beautiful gardens to explore, kid friendly accommodation made even better with a cot and highchair supplied. So much to do in the area. We enjoyed some day trips out then were able to come back and relax in our own space. Thank you for a wonderful week away. It was exactly what we needed!!

We enjoyed our stay at Rob and Jody's. The unit was spacious and clean, and furnished in a manner that we felt 'at home'. Watching the bird life from the outdoor (under cover) couch and dining table was a relaxing way to finish our day and it was a lovely space to sit and watch the sun setting. We weren't expecting to encounter rottweilers but Rob was super quick to respond to our message and kept the dogs away from the unit for the rest of our stay. Check in was easy, with clear instructions. The unit is completely private and well away from the main house. There is loads of space for anyone with a boat or trailer. Rob and Jody's was excellent value for money and we recommend a stay at their air bnb.

We had a great stay - and a warm welcome - at Lindsay and Eral's secluded house "in the treetops", with a lush garden outlook from every window. The house has everything you might want (and more than many properties) - extra rugs and doonas, spare hand-towels and tea-towels, moveable electric fans, games and a well-equipped kitchen. The provisions in the kitchen were amazing: fresh bread, a full fruit-bowl, yoghurt, juice boxes, milk, butter and jam, Vegemite and peanut butter, sweet biscuits and crackers as well as tea and coffee (a pod machine) - plus oil and vinegar and various other foodstuffs. While tucked away in suburbia, the house abuts a creek with a corridor of surrounding bush, giving an amazing feeling of being out in nature - and with walks along the creek in both directions starting from the garden. Good restaurants and beaches are close by - 10 minutes' drive - and supermarkets easily accessible. Not to mention the further attractions of the Mornington Peninsula!

Second time staying at the cottage. A beautiful escape from the city. - Gorgeous tree scenery - Great coffee machine - Super comfy bed - Outside bath in the evening with a candle was gorgeous Have went to nearby Healesville sanctuary previously and went back to Herd Restaurant in Healesville which would recommend. Liz is great, friendly, communicative and makes the experience stress-free.

Our weekend getaway at the guesthouse was truly exceptional, with Azar and Wayne’s impeccable attention to detail evident from the moment we arrived. From the complimentary nibbles to the cozy modern living area, every thoughtful touch contributed to creating a perfect retreat. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, inviting living room, and charming bedroom with a private en-suite that opens directly onto a lovely balcony. The stay exceeded our expectations, and we truly recommend staying here. We look forward to our next visit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend getaway in Kristy’s beautiful home. We would highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a quiet home with great amenities. We would definitely come back! Thank you Kristy for your hospitality.

I stayed for a month as I was working in the area. Had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The only limitation is no stove or oven so that does limit cooking ability. Great laundry facilities, bathroom, off road parking, and thoughtful considerations such as electric blanket. Trains do go past late and early. I think they are commuter trains so you may want to take earplugs if you are easily woken. Easy 10 min drive into Frankston. All the shops you need a few minutes drive away - supermarkets, cinemas etc. Great place to stay if you need to work in the area and need more then a motel room. Also Frank was very good at letting me know if someone else was staying in the other Air BnB at the property so I was aware of other guests. However I never saw anyone so I felt like I had my complete privacy.

I've stayed at Linda's numerous times now, always clean, great location and perfect if travelling with your pet.

The school house was such a beautiful place to stay. In walking distance to many shops and cafes in Kyneton. The studio itself was perfect for us as a couple, great facilities and amenities. Jo was so great to communicate with. My only regret is not staying an extra night because one was not enough.

Beautiful private space surrounded by stunning nature and we loved it! Had all the amenities we needed and wanted. We loved the outdoor bath, wood fire on cold nights and the outdoor seating to enjoy the morning sun. The pets on the property were super cute (and we gave them all the pats haha) Super relaxing stay & we would come back in a heart beat! Hosts Silje & Brett were fantastic and very responsive. Had a lovely stay at Oikos. Tessa was helpful when needed but otherwise unobtrusive. Accommodation was as described and pictured. Would definitely stay again when visiting family

Beautifully designed and furnished modern apartment with plenty of space. The place is extremely clean throughout, with comfortable beds, stylish bathroom, and excellent heating/cooling options. Kitchen and dining area is expansive with plenty of storage space. Sizeable bedrooms in the loft with skylights and fantastic block out blinds. Pictures of the apartment are definitely as described. Apartment was easy to find, with off street parking and a simple check in process using a lockbox. Clear communication from Anna, who was quick to respond to any enquiries we had. Lovely welcome note provided as well as a very helpful guide to Mornington and the surrounds. Apartment is a 5 minute walk to Mills Beach and a 2 minute drive to the centre of Mornington, where there are plenty of restaurants and bars, plus a small shopping centre providing all of the required items (groceries, alcohol, pharmacy, etc). Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

This was an absolutely beautiful location for a stay and we will definitely be returning at some point. Waking up to the view of trees and birds outside the window was an absolute treat, and walking to the beach through the forest trail was a lovely little adventure. Julia is a wonderful host, too, and was kind enough to leave eggs and milk in the fridge for when we arrived. I’d recommend this location to anyone looking for a peaceful holiday!

I’m a mum of two young kids with a disability. This was absolutely the perfect place for me to have a weekend to rest and have some “me” time. My only regret is that I didn’t stay longer. Was absolutely perfect. Plus small touches like a bowl of fresh fruit in the fridge. So sweet.

I have stayed at Vicki's place many times before and she is truly a superhost. Helpful, approachable, proactive and looks after ever detail of your stay. The guesthouse is comfy and cozy and has everything you need. I would 100% recommend a stay at Vicki's and already have another stay booked myself.
