Literally perfect for the 6 of us (2 adults - 4 teens) to enjoy our stay. Cabin was beautiful and completely equipped with everything we hoped. Walking distance to river - gorgeous view for early morning walks and fishing. Private location of hot tub and fire pit. Cabin sets at the mouth of a quiet, clean and cozy rv park. I had read of the highway traffic being a nuisance in another feedback, but it was actually less than what we have on our street in our town so traffic/noise was not an issue and seemed minimal. My kids are teens, but there was a smaller playground right next to the cabin that appeared fairly new that would be a great addition to family fun for smaller children. There were many board games my teens enjoyed playing. One fun surprise was a telescope viewing out the loft window. They also enjoyed sitting on the balcony. I had asked a few questions and Chelsie was very quick to respond and accommodating. I will 100% recommend Eagles Roost Resort to anyone/everyone.

We couldn't have been happier with the accommodations, location, and our host. Will definitely be checking with him next time also.

My family and friends had a great little weekend getaway! The house was gorgeous and the views were beautiful. Our favorite was the kitchen, it was a great area for us to hang out and eat our favorites. Would definitely stay here again, Cara was very helpful!

Very charming place surrounded by beautiful scenery! We only stayed overnight on our way to Washington, but it was very cozy and would love to come back and enjoy for longer.

the campgrounds were clean and well maintained. The public restrooms were very clean and no issues noted.

Me and a buddy were hunting on the Missouri River and wanted to try staying at an Airbnb near Niobrara. This was exactly what we were looking for, and couldn't have been better. Unfortunately we didn't meet our host but hope to next time we stay. Great location! Great view of the river! Friendly neighbors I met one day when driving back to Chris' place. I would highly recommend this place to anyone (unless I want to stay that particular week instead!!). Tom

This was really an amazing place. It was very peaceful and quiet. We were able to get the whole family together for a very memorable few days. We went for walks on the many trails once or twice a day. We prepared meals in the well-equipped kitchen, and ate on the large deck, which provided great views of the valley and lake. At the end of our visit, I asked my four-year old granddaughter if she was ready to go home, and she said, "No, i want to stay here for 10 more years!" Everyone had that sentiment. I don't think we can swing 10 years of rental, but we will be back soon.

We had a very nice time. lots of visiting on the deck. it was very comfortable for my guests, they loved it. everything is on the property that you would need to host a fine time for family and friends. Very nice, very clean. I would recommend it to anyone . Thanks Mr.D

I am an outdoors type of person. I love to hunt and spend time out in nature so this cabin was right up my alley. had nice trails up in the woods for a nice morning walk. my girlfriend loved the longhorns that were at the cabin. it is now our go to spot for when we come out from pa to watch my nephews race motocross! if you love the outdoors this place is for you!

The place had extra amenities which was very helpful to us.
